Research On Exogenous Destruction Of Organizational Morality Of College Students

General secretary Xi Jinping once put forward:"the value orientation of the youth determines the value orientation of the whole society in the future,and the youth are in the period of forming and establishing values,so it is very important to pay attention to the cultivation of values in this period.College students are talents of our country,and their moral concepts and value orientation affect the development direction of our society in the future.Therefore,it is of great significance to strengthen the moral guidance of college students.The level and direction of moral development of college students are affected by many factors,but the most important one is the student organization.The moral concept of student organization not only reflects the overall moral situation of college students,but also exerts a subtle influence on the moral development direction of college students.Therefore,the exogenous state of organizational morality of college students is related to the quality of future talents and the level of moral development of the whole society.This paper to the college students' group morality treatments as the research object,on the basis of core values of the individual level requirements,from organization,organization members,organizing college students from three aspects: organization outside treatments on college students' moral status quo,found that college students organization attraction is not strong,college students group members and cadres role models,organizational core values lead to weaken students are college students moral weakening treatments outside the home.After the analysis of the reasons,the author found that there are three factors affecting the moral externality of student organizations:one is the weakening of self-discipline awareness of college students' organization members,the weak awareness of socialist core values,and the diversity of values;Secondly,the college students' organizational self-construction is weakened,the goals of organizational activities are vague,and the degree of organizational participation in school management is too low;Third,schools emphasize the imparting of knowledge and weak moral education,schools abstract the goal of moral education,schools pay attention to the management of student organizations to college students,ignoring the organizational construction.Finally,the author puts forward the countermeasures to improve the college students' organizational morality exo.Pay attention to guarantee and operation mechanism and tamp down the foundation of moral exo sound;Optimize and develop the campus cultural environment and create a good moral atmosphere.
