Research On The Current Situation And Optimizing Path Of School Sports Meeting In Hong Kou District Of Shanghai

"Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Strengthening School Physical Education to Promote the All-round Development of Students’ Physical and Mental Health" clearly points out that to strengthen the reform of school physical education,we should not only pay attention to in-class physical education,but also enrich a series of contents such as extracurricular sports activities,campus competitions,sports training and so on.We should construct a normal system of extracurricular sports activities and sports competitions in schools to ensure that they are carried out at least every A comprehensive campus sports meeting.Enriching the content and form of campus sports competitions,cultivating the interest and hobbies of young students in participating in sports activities,stimulating the internal and external motivation of participating in sports activities actively,and improving the cognitive level of young students about sports promoting healthy life are one of the key points of optimizing the reform of school sports work in the new era.As one of the basic links of school physical education work,sports meet always plays an important role in the long-term development of school physical education.It is a window to test the achievements of school physical education work and to show students’ spiritual outlook.In the new era,with the deepening reform of education modernization,the value and function of the school sports meet in the school sports work are constantly changing,and new highlights and contradictions continue to burst out.Based on this,this study takes the primary school sports meeting in Hongkou District of Shanghai as the breakthrough point,investigates and analyses the current situation of the primary school sports meeting,summarizes its main problems and characteristics,and explores a new way to effectively utilize the functions and values of the school sports meeting under the concept of emphasizing physical health and quality education in the new era.In the course of the research,we mainly use the methods of questionnaire,literature,field investigation,interview and case analysis to study the development status and Countermeasures of the primary school games in Hongkou District of Shanghai.Through the research,the following main conclusions are drawn: the attention of the school sports meeting increases gradually with the improvement of the status of school sports,but the problems of compact holding time and heavy implementation tasks still exist;the theme forms of the school sports meeting are increasingly diversified,in order to stimulate the interest of primary school students,the interesting elements are constantly enriched,but the rationality and scientificityof the project content settings need to be discussed;The number of students participating in the Games is expanding,but the single way of reward and evaluation leads to the lack of sense of achievement and acquisition of students participating in the games;the increasing frequency of interaction between teachers and students promotes the development of new teacher-student relationship,but the low degree of openness to families limits the development of home-school interworking platform;the organization and management of the Games is still dominated by the "contract system" of teachers,resulting in the lack of a sense of achievement and acquisition of students participating in the games.Physical education teachers bear heavy burdens,and lack of cultivation of students’ subjective consciousness and independent ability;sports venues and facilities of the school sports games are unevenly allocated,and there are great differences between public schools and private schools in sports resources and funding.In view of the above characteristics and problems,this study puts forward the following optimization paths: implementing the new goals and requirements of the modernization of school sports in Shanghai,strengthening the maintenance,renewal and construction of sports venues and facilities;highlighting the educational connotations of display,application,inspection and interaction,and creating a comprehensive sports skills display platform;and setting up the content of the school sports meeting.The evaluation mechanism aims at orientation,stimulation and improvement,cultivates pupils’ interest in participating in sports and stimulates their internal and external motivation to participate in sports actively;pays attention to the improvement of students’ comprehensive ability in sports disciplines,pays attention to the cultivation of students’ subjective consciousness,arranges students’ participation in the organization and management of school sports games reasonably;strengthens the ritual sense of school sports games,and promotes sports and moral education.Integrative development;take the primary school sports meeting as a platform,gradually improve the openness of the school sports meeting to families,promote the development of home-school interaction;stimulate the initiative of physical education teachers,and promote the achievement of the goals of the school sports meeting.
