Research On Talent Demand And Training Ways Of Educational Technology Subject Based On Text Mining

Informatization and modernization are both the theme of the times and the theme of education.Educational technology plays a pivotal role in the process of education informationization and modernization.In this era,the educational technology discipline has broad market application prospects and development opportunities,but this is not the case.In recent years,many colleges with educational technology have stopped enrolling students,which is inconsistent with the situation of the development of educational informationization.The market has a contradiction between the voice of high-quality education and technical talents and the low employment ability of education technology graduates.This series of phenomena is that we have to reflect on the problems in the cultivation of educational technology talents in our country.Solving these problems has become the key to the development of disciplines and the development of educational informatization.It is urgent to study the ways of training talents that meet the needs of society.In order to understand the current situation of education technology talents training at home and abroad,this study has obtained educational technology talent training programs for 10 universities at home and abroad,and compared them with training objectives,training methods and curriculum settings.The web crawler was used to obtain employment information related to educational technology,and 9311 recruitment information was obtained through pre-processing.Using text mining technology to build a professional job skill dictionary for the needs of educational technology talents,and obtain basic information such as the geographical distribution,salary conditions,and academic requirements of the recruitment positions of educational technology talents.Analyze text information such as job responsibilities,and get results such as skill requirements keyword statistics and related analysis.Based on the excellent experience of foreign talent training and the actual needs of the market,the paper proposes the design ideas of the educational technology talents training path that integrates the educational goals,training objectives,curriculum objectives and social needs,from clearing the educational technology talents training objectives and subject attribution,optimizing education Specific suggestions are given in three aspects:the technical course system and the practice training of talents in education technology.This research uses literature research methods,information research methods and observation methods.The first chapter mainly introduces the research background,research status,concept definition and the overall framework of the thesis.The second chapter introduces the relevant technical and theoretical basis of this research.The third chapter mainly analyzes the current situation of the cultivation of educational technology talents at home and abroad.The fourth chapter introduces the process of data source,data acquisition and data preprocessing.The fifth chapter analyzes the recruitment information of educational technology related posts from three aspects:basic information,text data and relevance.The sixth chapter puts forward the talent cultivation suggestions on the status quo of domestic and foreign talent training and the market demand for educational technology talents.
