Based on the anaerobic metabolism of speed skating,the level and characteristics of anaerobic exercise ability of elite speed skaters in Jilin province were studied.The WINGATE experimental test system was used to conduct two 30 s anaerobic exercise tests on athletes,collect their indicators,and study the change trend of blood lactate value at 6 time points after the test.On this basis,the speed skating sports program was studied to explore the athletes' anaerobic exercise ability in the 2017-2018 season through the test.Using documentary,logical analysis,experimental test and mathematical statistics of Jilin province outstanding speed skating athletes anaerobic exercise capacity are studied,through the WINGATE experiment measurement system of Jilin province outstanding speed skating athlete's maximum power,average power,six time points after testing the blood lactic acid(1 min,3 min,5 min,min 7,9min and 15 min),fatigue,and the speed of the peak power(EP)test indexes such as sorting and analysis.Test study found: through 30 s anaerobic power test that the change of related without oxygen index of the athletes,two anaerobic power test results there exists significant difference,reflect the athletes explosive power and maintain high energy improve speed endurance is the first test,the other athletes of blood lactate peak appeared in 3min?5 min,by comparing the found that the athletes' glycolytic capacity enhancement and blood lactic acid dispersion rate faster than before,that the athletes' aerobic capacity increase in different degrees.The decrease of fatigue index indicates that the speed endurance of the body and the ability to maintain high-speed sliding are stronger,indicating that the athletes' anaerobic exercise ability is improved.At the same time,the diffusion rate of lactic acid increases with the increase of aerobic capacity.Conclusions: 1.During the 2017-2018 season,there were significant differences between the two test results of maximum power,average power,blood lactic acid,fatigue index and speed index reaching the peak power of speed skaters in Jilin province.The result of the second test index was improved to different degrees compared with that of the first test.2.The results of the two tests during the2017-2018 season show that the results of the second test are better than those of the first test.The maximum power and peak power of the speed test results are improved,indicating that the athlete's muscle explosive force is improved;The test results of average power were improved,and the fatigue index was decreased,indicating that the athletes' speed endurance and ability to maintain high-speed sliding were improved.The peak value of blood lactic acid appeared within 3minutes?5 minutes and the peak value increased,indicating that athletes' glycolysis ability was improved,and the value of blood lactic acid decreased,indicating that the dispersion speed was fast.3.During the 2017-2018 season,there were significant differences between the test results of the maximum power,average power,blood lactic acid,fatigue index and the speed at which the peak power was reached between the athletes of Jilin province and the national team.The results showed that the athletes of the national team were better than the athletes of Jilin province in their burst ability,glycolysis ability,sustained high-power speed endurance and ability to maintain high-speed sliding.
