Research On PCK Of Tennis Teachers

The development of teachers can not be separated from the development of teaching,teachers are an ancient profession,the development can not be separated from the combination of many knowledge,teachers' professional knowledge is an important index to measure the development of teachers' professional level,and subject teaching knowledge(pedagogical content knowledge,PCK is an important part of teachers' professional knowledge.There is not much research on subject teaching knowledge,PCK)in physical education.Most researchers conduct research on subject teaching knowledge from other disciplines,and physical education is also an important part of many disciplines.Therefore,the main purpose of this study is physical education teaching.Carry on the research in the aspect.This study makes a preliminary investigation on PCK among tennis students through a questionnaire survey conducted by the predecessor of tennis teachers(tennis special students).On the basis of the questionnaire survey of tennis students,the author makes a preliminary investigation on the background special tennis teachers of professional teams.Non-professional team background special tennis teachers and non-special tennis teachers about the structure,formation process and the relationship between the factors of tennis “first-hand serve”,This paper finds out the problems existing in the development of tennis teachers' PCK and analyzes the development strategies of tennis teachers,so as to provide suggestions for tennis teachers on the development of subject teaching knowledge.This study is mainly through the literature.Data were collected about the academic resources of PCK,through interviews with different types of tennis teachers,as well as a questionnaire survey of tennis students in Shanghai Institute of physical Education,and the interview data and questionnaires were sorted out and analyzed.The results show that the PCK of tennis students in Shanghai Institute of physical Education is investigated and analyzed,and some suggestions are put forward for the development of PCK for tennis students and tennis teachers,and the components of the PCK structure of tennis teachers' “first hand serve”are put forward.The general process of the formation of tennis teachers' “first-hand serve”is: understanding,transformation,teaching,evaluation,reflection and new understanding;the problems existing in the development of tennis teacher's PCKAnd development strategy.
