Research purpose: The different points of tennis serve play an important role in the game.Nowadays, many tennis learners can’t control the point of serve well and have insufficient mastery of tennis serve technology. This research will analyze the different points of tennis serve. The characteristics of muscle activity provide a scientific training basis for tennis coaches and learners to improve serve technique, improve serve stability, and avoid sports injuries.Research method: Select 7 national second-level tennis players, use Qualisys infrared motion capture system to capture the serve movements of 7 tennis players, and use American Delsys Trigno Wireless EMG System to collect surface EMG data of related muscles for research. The changes in the activation sequence, force size and activation intensity of the target muscles under different landing points when high-level tennis players flat serve and side-upspin serve,to study the characteristics of target muscle activity. Two groups were compared by independent sample t-test,multiple groups were compared by analysis of variance, and tukey test was used for post-hoc comparison. The data were expressed as mean±standard deviation, and significance was set as P<0.05.Research results:(1)There was no difference in the EMG activation sequence of tennis serve-related muscles at different landing points(P>0.05).The trapezius muscle was activated first, and the pectoralis major muscle was activated last.(2)The EMG values of the right deltoid anterior RDT and the right trapezius RTS of the right deltoid muscle and RTS of the right trapezius muscle are different in the flat shot of the tennis ball at different landing points. The RDT of the right deltoid anterior bundle, the RTS of the right trapezius, the LRF of the left rectus femoris and the LBF of the biceps femoris in the slap stage had differences in EMG values(P<0.05).(3)The activation intensity of right deltoid anterior RDT,right latissimus dorsi PLD,and right trapezius RTS during the swing shot stage of different landing points are different(P<0.05);different landing points side upspin serve The activation intensity of right pectoralis major muscle RP and right latissimus dorsi was different in the swing stage(P<0.05).Research conclusions:(1)The EMG of each muscle is fully activated during the throwing stage of the tennis serve, and is inactivated during the follow-up stage;there is little difference in the muscle force timing of the tennis serve at different landing points, and they are consistent. The trapezius muscle on the side is activated first, and the pectoralis major muscle on the side holding the clap is activated last.At the same time, the trapezius muscle on the side holding the clap lasts for a long time during the tennis serve, and maintains a higher activation state to increase the serve.Stability of technical movements;the biceps and brachioradialis on the side holding the clapping hands first reach the maximum activation intensity.(2)The flexor carpi ulnaris and extensor carpi ulnaris muscles are activated at a greater level during the tennis serve swing. The strength of the flexor carpi ulnaris and extensor carpi ulnaris should be enhanced to avoid occurrence during tennis serve.damage.(3)The force characteristics of the various muscles at different points of impact on a tennis serve swing are different. The deltoid anterior and trapezius muscles are one of the main muscles that affect the point of tennis serve.(4)Forearm muscles, brachioradialis, flexor carpi ulnaris, and extensor carpi ulnaris have different activities in flat serve and side-rotation serve in tennis. The muscle activity of the forearm makes the two ways of serve produce different hitting effects. One of the important factors.
