| Lala operation is an emerging sport that promotes the physical fitness of primary school students such as coordination,flexibility,sensitivity and balance.In this paper,40 students from boys and girls in Liuyi Primary School in Ganjingzi District of Dalian City were selected as experimental groups in the flexible period(5-9 years old).The Zhongshan City of Dalian,which is based on traditional physical education,was selected.The 40 students of the boys and girls in the Liberation Primary School were the control group,and discussed the role of cheer leading in the pliable quality of primary school students who were sensitive to the development of flexible quality.The flexibility of the experimental group and the control group were compared by independent sample t test.The pliability of each group before and after the experiment was compared by paired sample t test.Research results:1.Before the experiment,there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the indexes of male and female transverse fork,longitudinal fork and sitting body flexion(p>0.05).2.In the experimental group of cheer leading training,the cross-fork,longitudinal fork and sitting position flexion index of the boys after the experiment were significantly better than those before the experiment,which had a very significant difference(p<0.01),and the cross-fork and sitting position flexion index after the girl experiment.Compared with the experiment,there was a very significant difference(p<0.01),and the longitudinal index was superior to the pre-experimental,with significant difference(p<0.05).3.Traditional teaching PE after the experiment the control group male prongs cross,and sit and reach fork indices between no significant difference(p> 0.05)prior to the experiment,female horizontal fork,fork and sit and reach the indicator there was no significant difference(p> 0.05)before the same experiment4.After the experiment,the index of flexion of the cross,the longitudinal fork and the sitting body of the male and female in the experimental group were better than those of the control group,which had a very significant difference(p<0.01).Research conclusions:1 Through the comparative analysis of the Flexibility and pliable quality indexes of the cross fork,the longitudinal fork and the sitting body,the cheer leading exercise has a significant effect on the development of the flexibility of the pupils in the sensitive period.2.Cheer leading training has significantly and significantly improved the Flexibility and pliable quality indicators of the cross-fork,the longitudinal fork and the sitting body before and after the experiment.However,there is no significant change in the traditional physical education teaching for male and female cross-fork,longitudinal fork and sitting body flexion and flexibility indicators.It shows that cheer leading training is more effective than traditional physical education in improving the flexibility of primary school students who are sensitive to flexibility. |
