| Flexibility is an important part of physical fitness,good flexibility can help the body to slow down muscle tension in sports.The study of many sports movements or the embodiment of movement skills need good flexibility as the basis,and flexibility can effectively reduce the risk of injury to children,and also can correct the problem of children’s posture.The emergence of many bad posture,to a large extent,is caused by the lack of flexibility.From childhood to childhood is the golden development stage of flexibility.At this stage,the natural growth of flexibility is the largest and plasticity is the strongest.In this stage,targeted flexibility training can effectively improve flexibility.At present,many researches only focus on flexibility as a part of physical fitness.In our country,the traditional practice of teenagers’ flexible quality is single,which can not effectively improve the students’ flexible quality.In the test and evaluation of physical fitness,there are some limitations in the test methods and evaluation methods of flexible quality.Therefore,this research first adopts the method of literature and materials,taking children and teenagers,flexible quality,method and sensitive period as the search words,and carries out the search in the library of BSU and the CNKI.On the basis of careful analysis and study of previous achievements,the principles for determining the intervention program of flexibility quality of middle and senior primary school students and the expert interview table for the evaluation and test indexes of flexibility quality of middle and senior primary school students are formulated.The opinions of experts on growth and development,physical education,sports training and physical fitness are solicited through the interview method,and the management of physical education teaching in the schools visited by the subjects is based on the opinions of experts The principle and evaluation index system of the intervention practice method of flexibility quality in middle and senior grade of primary school were determined.According to the established principle,communicate with the physical education teachers of the tested school,on the basis of completing the normal physical education teaching progress,use the preparation part or the end part of the physical education class three times a week to carry out 10 to 15 minutes of 8-week flexible quality intervention.The results of independent sample t-test and one-way ANOVA showed that the upper limb flexibility index,trunk flexibility index and lower limb flexibility index of the experimental group were better than those of the control group after 8 weeks of intervention(P < 0.05).There are also differences in the test indexes of the three grades.After 8 weeks of intervention,the test results of speed quality,sensitivity quality and balance quality in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group.Through this study,we can draw the following conclusions: the flexibility quality of primary school students in grade 3-5 gradually slows down or even stagnates with the increase of age.According to the characteristics of the physical and mental development of primary school students,the principles and plans for the development of flexible quality have been formulated.The purpose of improving the flexibility of primary school students is to use the time of Physical Education Preparation and quality development before the end of the course.The improvement of flexibility has some influence on speed,sensitivity and balance. |
