In September 2016,the Ministry of Education issued the research results of the core literacy of Chinese students in Beijing Normal University and put forward the overall framework of the core literacy of the students' development at the present stage.At this point,the research on core literacy has increased exponentially.The main contents are as follows: the connotation of core literacy,the significance of core literacy,the system construction of core literacy,the reform of core literacy oriented basic education and so on.The cultivation and promotion of high school students' core literacy is the main task of high school educators.It is the core and foundation of the overall development of high school students' body and mind.However,at present,the research on the evaluation standard of core literacy is still in its infancy,and the efforts and efforts of scholars and experts are also needed.Due to the limitation of time and ability,this study chooses the "responsibility" quality,and intends to construct the evaluation standard of the "responsibility " of high school students,in order to enrich the theory of core literacy and provide teaching evaluation reference for senior middle school educators,so as to promote the sense of responsibility and responsibility of high school students and promote the positive development of every high school student.The research process is divided into four parts: first,refer to the literature of "evaluation criteria","core literacy" and "responsibility for responsibility",define the related concepts;second,organize and analyze the related research process and results,determine the research ideas,research methods,research steps,and so on.Third,on the basis of the analysis and collation of relevant literature,the primary school students' responsibility is initially drawn up.Fourth,interview,investigation and investigation of college graduate students,senior high school teachers,education experts,and according to their opinions to modify and improve the quality evaluation standards and indicators of high school students "responsibility",to construct the quality evaluation standards of "responsibility " for high school students;fifth,through the quality evaluation standard of "responsibility taking" by high school students.The reliability and validity were tested to determine the scientificity of the evaluation criteria.After preliminarily constructing the standard and index of evaluation standard,after perfection and modification,the quality evaluation standard of "responsibility " of high school students is determined.The standard includes three primary indexes: social responsibility,national identity and international understanding;eleven two level indicators of self of responsibility,family responsibility,others' responsibility,collective responsibility,environmental responsibility,and so on.There are twenty-three three indicators,namely,learning and growing,living independently and sharing family matters,caring and helping others,respecting others,thrifty and frugal,and protecting the environment.
