The research on teaching quality has always been concerned by the countries around the world.The teaching reform of “returning to the classroom” is the focus of current education research.The "returning to classroom" teaching reform is the focus of current education research.It is an inevitable requirement for the development of China's basic education reform process to deeply carry out classroom teaching research and obtain effective ways to improve classroom teaching quality.The implementation of education in schools must take teaching as the basic approach.The improvement of classroom teaching quality requires effective school management and the provision of quality curriculum resources for teachers and students.In addition,it is more important to rely on students' ability to participate in thoughts in their rich learning tasks,and to fully reflect the requirements of the new curriculum reform for students' core qualities.The Danielsen teaching framework system puts forward: In the process of teaching practice,starting from many aspects such as teaching preparation,classroom environment and classroom management,focusing on the student's thinking participation and deep learning in the teaching process,this can promote the continuous improvement of the quality of classroom teaching.This article intends to analyze the classroom teaching framework proposed by Ms.Danielson and the application of the system in classroom teaching through careful analysis,and formulates a suitable classroom teaching evaluation scale based on Danielson's teaching framework to promote the formation of classroom teaching.The status quo analysis tool effectively evaluates the quality of classroom teaching.In view of this research task,the author conducts research and analysis from the following aspects:1.Through reviewing and collating related literature and materials,we will make a preliminary summary of the research status of classroom teaching at home and abroad.The use of Danielson's professional teaching framework as the theoretical basis for the preparation of this classroom teaching analysis scale,SPSS 21.0,AMOUS 17.0 software analysis was selected as the research tool.2.Based on the information content of the English version of the Daniellson Teaching Framework 2013,among the first-level and second-level indicators in the six fields of the framework,Extract key indicators,Combining with the actual situation of classroom teaching in China,a scientific classroom teaching quality analysis scale has been compiled.Experts and doctoral graduates are asked to refer to the relevant content.After applying the scale through several examples,repeated corrections are made.Ultimately,the quantity can be expressed to a higher degree of reliability and validity.3.Through a detailed discussion of scale compilation and application process,it presents a complete case of classroom teaching evaluation scale preparation and application process,and further deepens the use of classroom teaching quality analysis scale and data analysis.This article emphasizes that under the Danielson teaching system,teachers in classroom teaching can better promote student learning,pay attention to students' thinking participation and deep learning,and the state of student participation in learning also serves as the content of classroom teaching evaluation.This is the innovation of this research.In the research,it focuses on the exploration of classroom teaching evaluation scales.However,classroom teaching evaluation is a dynamic process that is continuously developing.It requires long-term research and practice to gradually improve.
