Ordinary high school education is a basic education that further improves the quality of the people and the general public on the basis of the nine-year compulsory education.The high school education undertakes the dual tasks of educating and employment and the dual roles of educating people and talents.Teachers are the key subjects of education.The status quo of high school teachers is the most decisive factor in a high school.A high-quality teacher team is an important guarantee for the healthy development of high school itself and the fulfillment of the general high school education function.The establishment of teacher performance evaluation system is an important part of the construction of high school teachers,in which the scientific and reasonable index system is also the key core in the performance evaluation system.However,due to the specialty of high school teachers and the performance evaluation of high school teachers in our country are still at the initial stage,how to combine objective characteristics of high school teachers with objective and accurate performance evaluation index system to reflect the individual and overall ability of teachers scientifically and fairly? And level,we can arouse the enthusiasm and initiative of senior secondary school teachers as a whole and promote the management of teachers in schools,thereby further promoting the all-round development of the school.Based on the theory and practice of performance appraisal,this paper analyzes the present situation of high school teachers' performance appraisal,problem.Combined with the occupational characteristics of high school teachers,this paper constructs the M secondary school teachers' performance appraisal index system,and uses the analytic hierarchy process to assign the weights to the appraisal indexes,then designs the corresponding index appraisal standard.Finally,I put forward some thoughts and suggestions on the problems that should be paid attention to in implementing M middle school teachers' performance evaluation and further perfecting and carrying out.
