The development of network technology and the fast-paced lifestyle of modern society have gradually broken the time and habits of the original information media.The fragmentation of information has become the new normal of information dissemination,such as Weibo,WeChat,and Vibrato.The platform re-processes the feedback of its complete and comprehensive information,so that the perfect information of the system appears in a fragmented form.In the process of fragmentation and dissemination of diversified information,college students are also likely to become one of the major groups of information fragmentation audiences due to their sensitivity to emerging things and the pursuit of novel group characteristics.Due to the lack of social experience of college students,the ability to distinguish between right and wrong,to distinguish between goodness and evil,beauty and ugliness,and humiliation and humiliation is insufficient.The values in this period are not perfect.Therefore,the dissemination of information fragmentation meets the needs of college students,but also brings great challenges and impacts to the formation and establishment of university students’ values.In this sense,it is extremely important to systematically reveal the law of the fragmentation of information,to explore the impact of information fragmentation on the values of college students,and to find ways to lead college students to establish correct values.This paper uses the literature research method,the questionnaire survey method and the case analysis method to carry out research on the "influence and countermeasures of information fragmentation on college students’ values".The thesis attempts to clarify the actual characteristics and basic connotations of information fragmentation and values,and dialectically points out the positive and negative effects of information fragmentation on the values of college students.On this basis,the paper focuses on the negative impact of information fragmentation on college students’ values and its causes,and puts forward relevant countermeasures to improve the education and guidance of college students’ values under the background of information fragmentation.The article believes that the fragmentation of information has a positive impact on the establishment of college students’ values,mainly to enhance the independent value selection ability of college students,enrich the value education mode of college students and create a new platform for cultivating the socialist core values of college students.The reason why information fragmentation can produce the above positive impact on college students’ values is because the needs of college students have changed from acquiring "rich information" to obtaining "more effective information".Fragmentation of information stimulates college students’ awareness of seeking knowledge and is highly compatible with the group characteristics of college students.At the same time,the article also believes that under the influence of social class differentiation and time dispersion,micro-blog,WeChat and other self-media information release as an example,the frequent update of timeliness is likely to cause "instantaneous" information.And"fragmentation." Fragmentation of information also makes the value orientation of college students utilitarian and realistic,weakens the moral consciousness of college students and complicates the educational environment of college students’ values.The paper focuses on the reasons of the negative impact of information fragmentation on college students’ values from the aspects of college students themselves and the information fragmentation environment.On this basis,it links the reality,from the four aspects of college students themselves,universities,government and society.Several countermeasures have been proposed.The first is to enhance the media literacy of college students and enhance the value judgment ability of college students;the second is to optimize the campus information environment and strengthen the consciousness of value clarification of college students;the third is to increase the intensity of government control and purification of the network,and create an atmosphere of college students’ value building;Promote the core values of socialism and play a leading role in the value of college students.
