Research On The Optimal Scale Of Universities Cooperated With Enterprises Based On DEA Method

School-Enterprise Cooperation and the evaluation of the effectiveness of university scale is becoming an important part in the effective allocation of education resources.Existing researches have evaluated the situation of university education resource allocation referenced from industry and commercial organizations from the view of the "quantity " of input and output.It ignores the quality of teachers' teaching quality,students'comprehensive ability and social contribution in the education process.This paper established an effective evaluation system from a new perspective of "quantity + quality",developed the input and output indicators in universities combined with quantity and quality.DEA method is used to evaluate the scale effectiveness of 15 universities in Tianjin.The result validates the innovation of“quantity + quality”new perspective,verified the comprehensiveness of this evaluation system,demonstrated the effectiveness of the DEA method.According to the evaluation results,this essay continues with such a train of thought:pick out models-make a thorough inquiry into models-draw lessons from models.By summarizing and analyzing the data,conclude the optimal scale index range of Universities.Based on this,the suggestions are putting forward from two levels of universities and enterprises.
