Research On The Development Of Higher Vocational Education In Tianjin

In recent years,under the strategic layout of the “Thirteenth Five-Year Plan”,the economy of Tianjin has also developed to a new stage in the government's vigorous promotion of innovation and the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure,and many new features have emerged.The transformation of Tianjin's economic development model has also caused local vocational colleges to face some new problems in the face of professional setup adjustments and personnel training model changes to meet market demand.Whether the development of higher vocational colleges can adapt to the development of the regional economy and whether the cultivated students can meet the needs of the regional market is the key to deciding whether higher vocational colleges can effectively serve the regional economic development.This article starts from the perspectives of education and economy,and analyzes the problems faced by higher vocational colleges in Tianjin in the process of the development of their counterparts to regional economic development,and how to adjust the development model for higher vocational colleges in Tianjin to adapt to the current transformation.Tianjin's economic development model to conduct research and analysis.This article focuses on the development of higher vocational education in Tianjin from the perspective of education.The economic perspective focuses on the development trend of Tianjin's industrial structure and analyzes the issues by relating each other's relationships in the development process.In the process of the evolution of the industrial structure,the adjustment of the setting of higher vocational majors and the interactive influences of changes between the two are taken into consideration.This article starts with a detailed analysis of the number of enrollments of the 19 professional majors associated with the three major industries in the 25 vocational colleges in Tianjin on the basis of a detailed analysis of the Tianjin Statistical Yearbook from 2005 to 2017 and the Tianjin Education Yearbook.And its evolutionary trends for data analysis.And the two according to the existing data for matching analysis,because the industrial changes will cause employment changes,employment changes will in turn affect the adjustment of higher vocational education.Therefore,from the perspective of the matching between industry and employment and the matching between employment and higher vocational education,the matching degree between Tianjin's higher vocational professional setting and Tianjin's industrial development is analyzed.On this basis,a grey correlation analysis of the three industries and 19 major categories was carried out to identify those major categories of higher vocational education that have significant correlation with industrial changes in the region and further explore the industrial structure and professional settings.Problems that arise when docking.Reuse the time series analysis to model and forecast the major types of higher vocational majors that have significant correlations with the development of the related industries before,in order to observe the mutual influence of these professional categories and the three major industries in the next 10 years.The situation and changes in trends will provide a study of how to adapt to the development of related industries to the greatest degree in the future.In addition,this study also focuses on the prediction of the major categories of electronic information that have played an important role in promoting economic development in the current economic transition period.Finally,it analyzes the problems existing in the docking of all professional majors and industries and puts forward relevant suggestions on the adjustment of the professional settings of higher vocational colleges in Tianjin.In terms of research methods,according to the characteristics of the relationship between the professional development of higher vocational education and the development of the industry,the grey correlation analysis is used to rank the correlation between the two to sort out the major categories that are significantly related to the three major industries and then lay down the predictions for the latter.basis.On this basis,time series analysis is used to predict the future development trend of higher vocational majors with greater relevance.Finally,the above analysis results are summarized to provide reasonable basis and constructive proposals for the professional development of higher vocational education in Tianjin.
