Research On The Operation Of Industry-university-research Collaborative Innovation Platform Led By Colleges

The collaborative innovation of industry-university-research is an important way to promote technological innovation and industrial upgrading.Through the collaborative innovation of industry-university-research to further strengthen regional or even all national innovation ability is the new trend of scientific and technological innovation activities in current world,and the main strategic path for developed countries to integrate the innovative resources,optimize the allocation of resources and improve the efficiency of innovation.The construction of the collaborative platform of industry-university-research led by colleges is the beneficial exploration of the cooperation mechanism.The platform,through the construction of innovation and development path,like the aspects of the transfer of achievements,the introduction of talents and services for entrepreneurs,can break the organizational barriers to realize the effective gathering of innovative resources and accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and industrialization construction.On the basis of studying domestic and foreign literatures,this paper,by means of the theoretical basis of the cooperation innovation of industry-university-research and transaction cost,as well as case analysis and interview method,made an empirical study on the operation mechanism of industry-university-research collaborative innovation platform and operation effect led by colleges.Specifically,this paper,based on the analysis of the necessity to build an industry-university-research collaborative innovation platform,detailed discussed the problems like the objective system,the running power and the organization mode of the operation of the industry-university-research collaborative innovation platform.Finally,through the practical cases gives a certain understanding of the structure,organization and operational processes of the main subjects of industry-university-research collaborative innovation platform led by colleges,whosepurpose is to achieve deep cooperation between colleges and industrial sectors in the scientific research,industrial applications and other aspects of innovative activities through the establishment of a dynamic innovation and interaction network system with scientific norms.Through the study,it is found that through different forms of collaboration the industry-university-research collaborative innovation platform led by colleges can effectively promote the flow and development of knowledge resources.But there still have some problems in the course of concrete operation,in the future,solving these problems has a positive significance for deepening the cooperation between colleges and other industries,as well as promoting regional innovation and its development.
