How To Nurture University Innovative Ecosystem Through Internet Platform

The development of the Internet has promoted the reform of innovation methods,and provided opportunities for the nurture of university innovation ecosystem that can truly solve the “last mile” problem.In this context,there are many explorations to cultivate university innovation ecosystem based on the Internet,but the overall effect is not good.The nurture of university innovation ecosystem based on the internet needs theoretical guidance.This research takes Zhonggao intellectual property operation platform(hereinafter referred to as “Zhonggao platform”)as the example.First of all,the research uses the innovation “five-helix” theory and the “center-periphery” innovation ecosystem structure model to construct the theoretical analysis framework of “center community-periphery community-coupling mechanism”.Secondly,this research sorts out and classifies the relevant entity platforms and Internet platforms in China,expounds the rationality of choosing Zhonggao platform as the case,and introduces the case from the aspects of establishment background,development process,system composition and function.Then,according to the theoretical analysis framework,the research analyzes the nurture path,the problems in the nurture process and the causes of the problems.The analysis shows that the nurture of the innovation ecosystem of the Zhonggao platform generally follows the path of “gathering the central community-enriching the peripheral community-building the connection mechanism through Internet platform”.The innovative ecological cultivation has achieved initial results,but there are still many problems.Finally,in order to solve the problems existing in the nurture of innovation ecosystem of Zhonggao platforms and provide the path reference for the nurture of innovation ecosystem of colleges and universities based on the internet in China,this paper puts forward relevant policy suggestions on path optimization from three aspects: establishing the dominant position of the central community,improving the support function of the peripheral community and improving the contact mechanism.
