Social Goal Model Involved In Applied Research Of The Youth Volunteer Association

Secondary vocational student’s group in the existing education system is a special group.“Learning is not good,the inferiority is serious,strong rebellious attitude” and other such labels are stick on the secondary vocational student’s group,under the similar tags growth secondary vocational students tend to self-denial.How to take advantage of the secondary vocational student’s own existence to help them promote self-identity,promote personal ability,eliminate negative labels,guide the secondary group set up the correct values,to improve the public for the secondary vocational student’s group negative cognitive became the point of the intervention of social work services.S vocational schools by recruiting a total of 47 members of the youth volunteer association,through a semester of contact,the author evaluates the association,The author in view of the youth volunteer association members have their own ability to ascend and the secondary vocational student’s group social social change requirements,establish service scheme of youth volunteer association.Group work as the The author’s main method to 47 members of the youth volunteer association as the main service object,social work services based on social goal model divided into three stages,as volunteer service professionalism,improve self ability training and supervising the volunteer team to participate in volunteer service,for 15 section of team work.In order to better service,the author according to the targets set by the each phase services,in the process of service constantly reflect on the problems in the work and results,continuously improve work method.After the service,the author evaluates the effect of the service,come to the conclusion.Through social work services,to promote team members personal ability,in school groups to form the correct values,change society for the secondary vocational student negative views,to social productive for the secondary vocational student’s groupcognitive changes produced a good change.Through the volunteer team to carry out this study to provide supplementary,rich working experience in the youth volunteer service for the society at the same time the target schema provided in the application of social work practice work material.In the process of carry out service also has some problems worth further continue to explore,for example: the techniques and methods of service,service in the ethical dilemma choice,etc.
