Hundred years’ policy based on education;while the education policy based on teachers.Colleges and universities have ushered in the "peak" of young teachers.Young teachers have become the backbone of promoting the development of higher education.Its performance directly affects the quality of education and the level of running a school,which is the key to improve the competitiveness.It is related to the cultivation and use of high-level human resources in our country,and related to the progress and development of the country and society.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the work performance of young teachers in colleges and universities so as to optimize the management of human resources in colleges and universities and to improve the quality of higher education.The incentive theory suggests that the higher the level of motivation,the higher the degree of satisfaction and the higher the work efficiency.Conversely,the lower the level of motivation,the less motivation to accomplish organizational goals and the lower the work efficiency.This provides theoretical support for studying the relationship among work motivation,job satisfaction and job performance.By combing the relevant literature about work motivation,job satisfaction and job performance at home and abroad,this paper finds that despite the widespread concern in recent years,it does not comprehensively study of young college teachers’ work motivation,job satisfaction and job performance,but also lack of corresponding empirical studies.This paper builds a model of the relationship among work motivation,job satisfaction and job performance.The young teachers at H University are the subjects of the survey.The questionnaires processed are processed and analyzed by SPSS 20.0.Based on the analysis of the status quo of young teachers’ work motivation,job satisfaction and job performance,the paper verifies the interrelations between them.The conclusions of this study are as follows: There is a positive correlation between work motivation and job satisfaction;There is a positive correlation between work motivation and job performance;Job satisfaction and job performance are positively correlated;Job satisfaction plays an intermediary role between work motivation and job performance.Finally,some suggestions are put forward according to the results of the study,which can provide reference for college managers to inspire young teachers’ work motivation,improve young teachers’ job satisfaction,and improve young teachers’ job performance. |
