Intervention Of Psychosocial Therapy Pattern In Bipolar Disorder Patients

Bipolar disorder is a serious mental illness with the high prevalence rate,high recurrence rate,high morbidity rate and the high rate of Dutch act,It is seriously harm to patients and their family happiness and social harmony.The various causes of bipolar disorder have low recognition rate,low treatment rate,low treatment rate and drug dependence difference etc.The international society pay more and more attention to this problem.In the leading modern medical mode,the treatment of patients with bipolar disorder mainly dominated by drug treatment,supplemented by electro-convulsive therapy,psychological intervention and rehabilitation training,due to many objective factors leading to treatment effect is not very obvious,the recurrence rate is still high.Social work as a commitment to solve the social problems,is gaining attention and recognition,has been introduced into the field of mental rehabilitation and achieved good results.Therefore,the author tried to apply the comprehensive treatment model of the social cases work:psycho-social treatment model to the rehabilitation treatment of bipolar affective disorder patients,in order to explore a feasible and effective rehabilitation path,take the well-being of the patients and broaden the road for the social work practice.On the basis of summarizing the literature on the rehabilitation treatment of bipolar affective disorder patients at home and abroad,and combining the actual situation of the author's internship institution,this study actively explores the intervention space of the psycho-social therapy mode in the rehabilitation treatment of patients with bipolar affective disorder.With Z as the client,by using the method of literature analysis,interview and observation,the author systematically collected,sorted out and analyzed the relevant information of the client,accurately defined her existing problems,and discussed the reasons for the problem with the client and jointly agrees to solve the measures.In the course of the study,the author used the method of reflection in the situation,thedynamic reflection of psychological mode and the reflection of personality development to connect the early bad experience of the client with the current state of disease,and used the method of support,direct intervention and exploration-description-catharsis to strengthen the change motive of the client,and as a "fellow traveler" and the case of the main growth and progress together.In order to consolidate the good results of the client,it is active to talk with the important other people of the case,to build a bridge for the communication of the parents and children,and to work hard to support the network and create a good environment for the rehabilitation of the client.The nearly three months of service provided a significant improvement in physical,psychological and social issues,enhanced self-efficacy and improved interpersonal skills.Finally,through summarizing and reviewing the case intervention advantages and shortcomings,contribute to the future development of social work in the field of mental rehabilitation.
