At this stage,the drug problem has become a threat to the harmonious and stable development of society.It not only endangers the health of the people and family harmony,but also has a huge impact on social security.Therefore,anti-drug work is highly valued by the state and the government has formed unified guidance.A situation in which social forces actively participate in the work.Since the promulgation and implementation of the "Drug Control Law" and the "Regulations on Drug Rehabilitation",the fast-developing community drug rehabilitation work has achieved good results,and it has played an important role in my country’s drug control system.The cognitive behavioral therapy model is used in the social work practice of community drug rehabilitation to study the effectiveness of this theoretical model for community drug rehabilitation personnel in drug rehabilitation,maintaining ethics and other goals.On the one hand,it is in line with the current development direction of drug control social work,and on the other hand,it is also in line with the current development direction of drug control social work.Actively explore the localization of cognitive behavioral therapy,and promote the improvement of the practical model of anti-drug social work.This research is based on the anti-drug social work service project in Tianhe District,Guangzhou City,from the perspective of the front-line practice of anti-drug social work.39 people on the X Street who are undergoing community drug rehabilitation are used as the objects of the intervention study.Research methods,in the interventional service for nearly half a year,according to the theoretical basis of the cognitive behavioral therapy model,carry out professional services for community drug addicts in case work.In the process of intervention,firstly,through professional service interviews,participatory observations,etc.,to help clients identify and locate their own irrational beliefs about drug use behavior,and try to replace the original cognition with correct and rational cognition,and adjust the relationship The negative emotions generated,in turn,strengthen the client’s motivation for drug rehabilitation,maintain ethics,improve tense family relationships,establish support networks,pay attention to employment needs,form good living habits,establish positive life confidence,and smoothly return to society.the goal.After the completion of the service plan,by comparing the baseline period of the service target group before the intervention and the changes in the intervention expectations after the intervention,the service effects of the intervention intervention are evaluated,and the theoretical applicability of the cognitive behavioral therapy model is tested,which proves that the use of this model is effective There are positive effects in the case-based services for community drug rehabilitation personnel.Applying the cognitive behavioral therapy model to anti-drug social work services can help clients identify and modify dysfunction beliefs related to drug abuse behaviors,and enable drug addicts to establish more adaptive and rational cognitions than beliefs related to drug abuse behaviors to replace the original Have unreasonable beliefs.Based on practice,it is proposed to flexibly use treatment methods and professional skills in the practice of community drug rehabilitation,continue to improve the professional level of drug control social workers,and accelerate the continuous follow-up service,which can further improve the localized theoretical model of drug control social work and promote effective work experience.Promote the application,give full play to the positive role of professional social work services in the field of drug control,and contribute to the construction of a harmonious socialist society.
