We are in the era of information explosion and we interpret the latest level of Maslow's needs.We conclude that we are inseparable from the Internet and that online learning is the trend of the times.However,there are many online digital resources that cause the overload of information on the Internet.The learners are engaged in "fragmentation" learning all the time,which places higher demands on learners' information processing capabilities.Connectivism is a learning theory that helps learners construct their own knowledge network in the context of rapid technological development in the context of the problem of overloaded learners.Interpret the theory of Connectivism.Digital learning theory—Connectivism is to solve the problem of digital learning.This paper firstly explores the core ideas of Connectivism: the basic elements of Connectivism,knowledge and learning thoughts.Analyze the two basic elements of Connectivism: node and network,grope for the basic viewpoints of Connectivism,and draw the basic view of Connectivism: many discrete,ordered,independent nodes are connected by uniformity,semi-openness,and openness.In network,knowledge existence and node network,learners learn network knowledge and construct their own knowledge structure.Design and develop associated learning resources.This paper uses the results of the questionnaire survey as a clue and Connectivism theory as the soul of the research.It uses literature research,statistical analysis,and simulation methods as its research methods.It is based on the theory of distributed,self-organizing,metacognition,systematic,and self-efficacy.Taking virtual reality technology as a development tool,taking fire science popular science as the paper theme,designing resource development models and developing learning resources for fire science popularization.The learning resources of fire science popularization under Connectivism are network-based learning resources,a structured and systematic learning resource,and a learning resource of guaranteed quality and quantity.Construct network knowledge structure.Learners construct their own network-based knowledge structure through the "3+3" model."3+3" refers to "3" processes and "3" methods."3" methods are friendly interface,cognitive intervention,and reinforcement of connections."3" processes are guidance,key nodes,and formation.Internal knowledge network.Learners use friendly interfaces,cognitive interventions,and enhanced connections to learn network-based learning resources and build their own knowledge structures through guidance,identifying key nodes,and forming an internal knowledge network learning process.The friendly interface establishes a bridge of communication between learners and digital resources,triggers learners' in-terest in learning,and achieves learner's goal of self-directed learning;cognitive intervention sets problem scenarios,breaks the original cognitive balance of learners,and promotes learners' autonomous learning;Strengthen connection Use reinforcement strategies to strengthen the internal knowledge nodes of the learners and establish their own internal knowledge structure.
