Research On The Performance Of Public Service Supply In Science And Technology Community Of Wuhan

As China's social governance model gradually changes to the form of "one main pluralism",social organizations are increasingly concerned by the community as an important part of the multi-governance body.In recent years,social organizations have been actively involved in the field of public services due to their own advantages,but the participation of various social organizations is uneven,and the performance level of providing public services to social organizations is not scientifically measured.Therefore,Social organizations to participate in the performance of public services and the development of bottlenecks in-depth analysis and then difficult to give targeted social organizations to improve the performance of public service delivery path and countermeasures.In this paper,a quantitative analysis method is used to combine the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to construct a multi-level performance evaluation system to evaluate the performance level of public service supply of science and technology associations and apply the evaluation system to Wuhan Science and Technology Association.In the process of empirical process,the first-hand information and data of Wuhan Science and Technology Association's development and participation in public service supply were obtained through the issuance of questionnaires and field visits.Based on the data obtained from field research and the results of empirical model,this paper analyzes the current dilemma of public service supply of science and technology associations in Wuhan and finds out that the management mode of scientific and technological associations in Wuhan is relatively backward and cannot adapt to social and market environment.Service supply in the field of dislocation and other conditions,resulting in can not really play their own advantages;at the same time on the external environment,science and technology associations are also lack of multi-support,resulting in poor performance of its public service performance.Therefore,in view of the above analysis,this article from the establishment of a good political and social relations,innovation and technology associations to organizetheir own management mechanism,strengthen the talent construction,enhance service capacity to reshape the social credibility and broaden the financing channels and other five areas for the scientific and technological associations to better participate in public service Measures and recommendations to promote the technological community to enhance their own strength and more efficient to provide public services.
