The Research On The Intervention Of Working Ability Of Migrant Children

With the rapid development of economy and technology,the division of labor is more clear.Team spirit has gradually become an important indicator of social employ-ment standards.Team spirit and teamwork ability become an important means of competitiveness in various industries.In the social transformation of the situation should pay more attention to cultivate the ability of children's team collaboration.Migrant children,as vulnerable groups,which are more in need of teamwork skills in adapting to urban life,dealing with peer relationships,and participating in collective activities.In this research,Taking Migrant children as a target to use growth group approach.I will have the common needs of members together to help them understand the team knowledge,dealing with team members relationship,training team collaboration,and promote the common progress of migrant children.The theme of this study is a research on the Collaborative Ability of Children Involving Migrant Children through Growth Group.The author through the early observation and interview found that migrant children on team knowledge to understand,deal with members of the relationship and how to cooperate with the three aspects of the lack of knowledge.Based on the theme,the author will teamwork ability to understand the basic knowledge of teamwork ability,deal with the team members of the relationship,the ability to coexist three dimensions,the use of the game to carry out the service contents.In the later period of the activity,the author evaluates the effect of the growth team on the intervention of the migrant children's team ability through the performance of the activity,the observation record and the later interview.The effect is as follows: First,the formation of migrant children's team collaboration;second,migrant children improve the ability on dealing with members relationship in the collective activities.Mastering knowledge on How to deal with the relationship between team members and the mastery of communication skills among members.Thirdly,the improvement of the coexistence of migrant children ismanifested in the improvement of tacit understanding among members and the formation of team cohesion.Thus,this study concludes that the teamwork awareness of migrant children is improved;Rewards and competitions play an important role in promoting the ability of migrant children to collaborate;The growth group has an advantage in the intervention of migrant children's teamwork;Cultivating migrant children's teamwork requires multiple cooperation.Finally,the author explores the deficiencies and recommendations of this group's activities,mainly in the recruitment of members of the group,the design of the event and the handling of the special members of the group.
