The Application Of Narrative Therapy In Improving The Self-efficacy Of The Elderly In The Welfare Home

With the changes of people's ideology,family function,more and more elderly people admitted to the orphanage,this can not only reduce the burden of child care,but also can enjoy better health and life care.However,little attention has been paid to the psychological and other problems of the elderly.According to the basic situation of the elderly in the welfare home,a study has been made on the effect of narrative therapy on the self-efficacy of the elderly in the welfare home.The main hospital for the elderly with lower self-efficacy problem to carry out the work,the elderly self-efficacy consists of self-identity self-efficacy,interpersonal self-efficacy and self hospital exercise self-efficacy in three aspects,the problems of narrative therapy,story reconstruction method of intervention.Study on the form of group activities,from the hospital to recruit lower self-efficacy of elderly people as subjects,the final group consists of six members,to carry out group activities for a period of nine weeks,and the activity will be divided into four stages to discuss.The practice of intervention techniques and methods of narrative therapy theory,the main research results using the general self-efficacy scale data collection and analysis before and after the test,and test data,eliminate random error,that narrative therapy plays a positive role in the promotion of the elderly self-efficacy.Narrative therapy can help the elderly to replace the failure story with successful stories,explore the potential of the service objects,and liberate them from the repressed mainstream stories,thus enhancing their sense of self-efficacy.Finally,the article analyzes the shortcomings of the evaluation process,and the advantages and disadvantages of narrative therapy in the use of self-efficacy in the elderly,and puts forward relevant suggestions for the problems in the process of practice.
