| The appearrance of we-media has made an era of heteroglossia,which expands people's freedom to spread information and expressing their opinions.There has been a field of public opinion represented by forums,Weibo,Wechat and QQ groups.Highly educated,high-income and high-quality new middle class gradually become the backbone of the public opinion market.Different from the grass roots who express their public opinion on the internet through a violent and anger-venting way,the new middle class have strong rights awareness,mobilizing ability and discourse ability of public opinion.The new middle class are the main target of public opinion guidance in East Lake High-tech Zone and the main target of China's public opinion guidance in the future.In this article,case analysis and statistical analysis are used to investigate the public opinion expression in East Lake High-tech Zone.Taking the public opinion events of "Xiu Hu channel odor" from September 2013 to December 2013 as the analysis object,this article tries to verify the point of view: the quality of people in a region directly affects the trend of public opinion.The study finds that,which the government in East Lake High-tech Zone faces the most,is not a major unexpected event,but a miniaturized and diversified social public opinion interwoven with various social conflicts.The government faces many challenges such as the disintegration of the unit system,the disintegration of the government discourse hegemony,the "offline" public opinion and the establishment of the public agenda when it guides the new middle class public opinion.On this basis,this article attempts to put forward some innovative suggestions to guide the development of public opinion.Firstly establish the concept of government cooperation,social and individual cooperation.The next is to establish a professional governance concept that adapts to the discourse right of the new middle class.At last,guide the society to develop in a rational and scientific way. |
