A Research On The Budget Management For T College

With the development of China's economy in the modern society,the country's investment in higher education is also increasing year by year.Education is an important task of national development.In order to speed up the world-class universities and disciplines,realize the connotative development of higher education requirements,universities must improve the management system based on the expansion of the scale.In this process,the demand for funds in Colleges and universities has increased significantly,but the country's investment in education funds is not unlimited.Therefore,in order to make the limited education funds better used in the development of higher education,universities should pay more attention on improving the efficiency of funds and optimizing the allocation of resources.The budget management of colleges and universities is the premise and basis of these.However,with the development of university budget management,the problems have been revealed.How to improve the budget management level and the efficiency of the use of funds is now imminent need to solve.Based on the research of the budget management and the basic content of budget management in Colleges and universities,we choose the T College as a case by using the methods of literature research,case studies and other research methods.First,the paper introduces the specific situation of T College and organization management structure.Secondly it analyzes the compilation method of T College's budget and the process of budget management,control,and evaluation of the status of implementation of budget management.After having a more complete understanding of the specific situation,thirdly,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the budget management of T College.Finally,according to these problems,the paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the budget management of T colleges.This paper aims to put forward some feasible suggestions for budget management,and expects to provide reference for the budget management of other similar colleges and universities.
