Research On The Influence Factors Of Kindergarten Teachers' Education Concept

Teacher education idea affects their education behavior.Understand the current situation of the kindergarten teachers' education ideas and the existing problems,analyzes the internal and external influencing factors and the reasons,so as to take corresponding measures to promote kindergarten teachers concept of education level of ascension,to better promote the development of young children.Analysis about the literature of the kindergarten teachers' education concept,and write the initial questionnaire of kindergarten teachers' education idea.Carrying out the questionnaire of nanchong in sichuan province,and using exploratory factor analysis determine the structure of kindergarten teachers' education idea.Selecte two public kindergarten in Nanchong city of sichuan province,county,villages and towns.Investigation of 138 kindergarten teachers,of which the municipal kindergarten teachers for 69,the county kindergarten teachers for 55,township-level kindergarten teachers for 14.And to interview the kindergarten leader.Using SPSS22.0 data statistics and analysis software to deal with the data collected,and summarize the characteristics of the kindergarten teachers' education idea.Using the correlation analysis and multiple stepwise regression analysis to explore the influence factors of the kindergarten teachers' education idea.Research results show that the overall level of kindergarten teachers' education idea is good,and the level of the values dimension of children's day is the highest.The influence factors of education concept of kindergarten teachers include the location of kindergarten,education,professional title,personnel relationship,teaching age,family structure and family income.From kindergarten teachers' education idea in general,education background and the title of a technical post was significantly associated with general education ideas of kindergarten teachers.Education background is the main influence factors,can more significantly predict the overall level in education idea.From the education task view dimension,education background and the title of a technical post was significantly associated with the education task view of kindergarten teachers.The title of a technical post is the main influence factors,can more significantly predict level of education task view.From the point view of education content dimension,different location was associated with education content view of kindergarten teachers.Municipal kindergarten teacher education content view level is superior to the county,township and village kindergarten teachers.Old kindergarten teacher education content view level is superior to the kindergarten young teachers.As for education content view,teachers that household income is moderate is superior to the family income is low and high side.From early childhood life values view dimension,teachers that household income is moderate is superior to the family income is low and high side.From the point view of children active learning view dimensions.kindergarten teachers' human relations and its children active learning view showed significant correlation.Kindergarten teachers' education idea,however,there are still some problems.From kindergarten teachers' education idea in general,some kindergarten teachers have low concept of education,and education content of kindergarten teachers and the low level of active learning of children are low,and the level of kindergarten teachers under the junior college level needs to be improved.County,township and village kindergarten teachers' education content level needs to improve;Kindergarten young teacher education content view level needs to improve;As for education content view,household income is on the high side and low kindergarten teachers need to be improved.As for early childhood life values view,household income is on the high side and low kindergarten teachers need to be improved.As for children active learning view,the nuclear family and the trunk family kindergarten teachers need to be improved.Efforts to promote kindergarten teachers' academic level.Kindergarten departments should improve the county,township and village kindergarten teacher education content view.Efforts to improve young teachers' education concept view.Focus on education idea of kindergarten teachers that have big family burden,such as the nuclear family,the trunk family.Pay attention to optimize the family income is on the high side of the kindergarten teachers' education idea.Should focus on solving the staffing level of kindergarten teachers.
