As an important part of children's daily life and also a part of children's life activities,kindergarten dining activities should be carried out in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.Whether kindergarten teachers can treat children's dining activities in a scientific and reasonable way,and whether they can give correct guidance to children in a timely and appropriate manner during dining activities will directly affect children's behaviors and emotions when they eat,which will inevitably affect children's physical and mental health development.This study aims to study the teacher's concept in guiding children's dining activities,analyze the rationality of the teacher's concept and the reasons for its existence,and improve the teacher's unreasonable view on children's dining activities,so as to improve the teacher's guiding behavior in dining activities.This study is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,mainly including the origin of the research,the theoretical and practical significance of the research,the definition of the concept,the arrangement and analysis of the internal and external literature,and theresearch design.The second chapter is the main content of the concept of teacher guidance in dining activities.By observing the guiding behaviors of teachers in dining activities and combining the interviews with teachers,the researchers found that the guiding concepts of teachers in dining activities in kindergartens include the educational values of dining activities,the concepts about children's dining forms and efficiency,and the role of teachers in dining activities.The third chapter is the problems and analysis of the concept of teacher guidance in dining activities.By observing children's behavior and emotional changes under the guidance of teachers and combining with relevant theoretical knowledge,the researcher analyzed the problems existing in the concept of teacher guidance,the reasons for its formation and the impact on children from the perspective of children's development.The fourth chapter puts forward suggestions on how to improve the guiding concept of teachers in dining activities,including correctly viewing dining activities,establishing the concept that children are the subject of dining activities,and how to find a balance between dining rules and children'snature.
