A Survey Of The Current Situation Of "and The West" In The Junior High School In Yuepuhu County,Xinjiang

This study aims to further promote the development of sports in Xinjiang minority areas and better inherit and develop China's rich and colorful traditional national sports culture by analyzing the current situation of " and force west " in the junior middle schools of yuepuhu county in Kashgar,the relative gathering place of Uygur in Xinjiang.Promote the development of Xinjiang ethnic traditional sports,carry forward and inherit the " and force west" culture,and enhance the inheritance awareness and development philosophy of Xinjiang Uygur ethnic culture.Mainly using the methods of literature review,questionnaire,interview,observation and mathematical statistics,this paper makes an investigation and analysis of the current situation of " and force west " in the junior middle school of yuepuhu county,Xinjiang.A field survey was carried out by the popularization of " and force west " movement in yuepuhu county in the school.Through investigation,it is found that the popularity of " and force west " movement in school sports is not ideal.The conclusion is as follows: most schools in yuepuhu junior middle school have less use of " and force west " course content,teaching hours and teaching materials,and the teaching organization forms and methods are relatively old and single.School training with " and force west " training team is not systematic and professional enough,and students have less chances to participate in higher-level competitions.The limitation of carrying out extra-curricular activities of " and force west " without the guidance of professional " and force west " teachers leads to students' low concern about " and force west " movement and their inactive participation in " and force west " movement.More than half of the schools in yuepuhu junior middle school offer " and force west " courses,but they are only limited to individual grades offering " and force west " courses.The investment in facilities of " and force west " site is not enough to meet the needs of teaching and extracurricular activities,and there are few indoor " and force west " sites.Physical education teachers in junior middle schools in yuepuhu county are mainly young and middle-aged,and there are blank teachers about " and force west " major.the school can only conduct professional " and force west " learning for physical education teachers who are not " and force west " major through small-scale " and force west " training.Through the investigation results,the targeted suggestions are put forward as follows: all junior middle schools in yuepuhu county should actively cooperate with each other to create an environment for students to participate in the " and force west " movement,and to enable students to actively participate in the " and force west " activity.Yuepuhu county should increase the teaching investment of " and force west " in every school and improve its teaching supervision mechanism.Increase the intensity of inter-school communication andcooperation,actively organize competitions and promote the popularization of " and force west ".Yuepuhu county government gives full play to its functions,providing policy support and financial support for the inheritance of " and force west ".The government should strengthen the protection of the inheritors,provide financial and material support for the inheritors,and improve the social status of the inheritors.Yuepuhu county should play the role of the first inheritor to clear up the obstacles for the inheritance of campus culture of " and force west ";For yuepuhu county to play its brand role of " and force west ",education departments must strengthen the training of front-line teachers " and force west ",and explore the way of innovation and inheritance of " and force west ".
