With the acceleration of the modernization process,the unification concept of sports globalization has been enhanced.The Olympic Games dominated by western sports have a profound impact on sports culture around the world,and the integration of sports culture in various countries is getting closer.The pursuit of practical,efficient and competitive in western sports culture has aggressively penetrated around the world,leading to an unprecedented challenge to the survival of the traditional sports.In the original mode,the Chinese martial arts(also known as Wushu)in Oriental culture,appears to be powerless under the pressure of "western sport enter into the east".The value of Wushu is converting from the practicality to "the competition property in western mode",but the disparity between the eastern and western philosophy patterns highlights the extreme disharmony.For example,Sanda and other actual combat projects are competing with many western sports of the same kind,and the identity of Wushu is declining.Particularly,although Cudgel is the foundation of martial art's weapons that has always been known as "the head of the hundred weapons",the development of such a representative national event has been trapped in the developing trend of being a stereotypical and showy display,which has deviated from its origin.In order to promote the diversity of the development path of Wushu,enrich the form of Wushu practice,and accelerate the inheritance and development of China's excellent traditional culture,this research tries to convert Wushu cudgel from Taolu(display)sport to actual combat,exploiting and developing the intrinsic connotation of Wushu,and therefore starts from the necessity of constructing the actual combat system of cudgel,and then refers to domestic and oversea weapon sport even to find out the character that should be possessed by the cudgel event.This study adopts the method of documentation,questionnaire investigation,questionnaire of expert and athletes,experiments,expert interview,mathematical statistics and other research methods.Wushu cudgel competition site,design of equipment,protective clothing design,rules making and so on are explored in detail?First of all,the necessity of studying actual combat system of Wushu lies in: 1.Cudgel,"the head of the hundred weapons",possesses an advantage of profound mass base,2.Chinese Wushu display,Sanda and short weapons are in a dilemma.Other forms to broaden their development path must be sought,3.The development of foreign cudgel has not started to provide good opportunities for the development of Chinese cudgel,4.Inheritance and development of traditional culture entails it.Then we draw lessons from the Olympic fencing,Philippines cudgel,Japanese kendo,short weapon such as practical project in China,and generalize the characteristics of the system,and build eventual framework: 1,the site is set to the team in a 12m*24m rectangle,and diameter of 12 m circle for individual competition,with selection silicon PU material or high-density rubber cushion material for the site.2.The design of the instrument adopts 0.8KG stick with carbon fiber inner core and high density sponge.The device is light and portable and flexible enough for the athletes to attack and defend.3,the design of the gear,draw lessons from the world health organization(WHO)on hierarchies of pain,pain level conversion into fractions,O-0,? degrees-1,II,III-2 points degrees-three points,?-four points,the helmet,armor,armguard spats average respectively,and the test results average no more than 3 largest divided into TVC.At present,the design of the helmet,armor,hand protection foot and other products through the safety test,the effect is good;It is proved to be safe after teaching and competition.4.The classification of rules is based on gender--age--weight classification.Age under the United Nations world health organization(who)age group: under 44 years of age group,45-59 years old group,60-old age group.The weight division of the youth group was measured by professional Thai boxing athletesX?60;60<X?75;75<X?90;There are four levels of X>90>80,and women are X?50;50<X?65;65<X?80;X>80 has four levels.Other age stages were based on the weight classification of the youth group.5.Summary of technical points: head,neck,chest and waist;(2).(1)sweep the stick: sweep both sides of the waist and sweep the sides;To raise the arm from the bottom up.No strict requirement on technology,can follow the rules of the project,any technology,style can be competitive tactics.Finally,it puts forward the prospect of the promotion and development of the construction of the combat system of Wushu cudgel: 1.Update the propagation form and path for actual combat cudgel;2.Unify the rules;3.Continue to devise and improve the competition weapons;4.Support of Wushu development strategy.
