| Reading is an important way for people to acquire knowledge and understand the world,and it is an important link to realize lifelong learning.With the advent of digital society,the related research on mathematics reading is more and more concerned by many scholars.Throughout the literature of mathematics reading,the study of mathematics reading habits is not much,and only a few of the research mainly from the theory and experience of mathematics reading habits,has not yet formed a more complete and operational mathematical reading habits of Evaluation index system,lack of unified recognition,scientific measurement tools.The primary school stage is the important period for students to develop mathematics reading habits,therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the evaluation Index system of Mathematics reading habit of pupils,which not only helps to perfect the relevant theories of educational measurement and evaluation,but also helps students to better master the knowledge of mathematics and improve their learning ability.This study adopts a technical route based on quantitative research and qualitative research.The applied research methods include literature research methods,investigation methods and statistical analysis methods.The investigation methods include interview survey methods,expert consultation methods and questionnaire survey methods.This study mainly includes four parts of the research content:Research 1: Elementary Structure of Index System for Primary School Pupils’ Mathematical Reading Habits.Using the typical literature research methods,the firstlevel indicators for evaluation were selected in the initial selection,four criteria were selected in conjunction with the index selection,and the second-level indicators and scale items were separated by interviews and literature studies.Research 2: Based on the expert consultation method to construct the primary school mathematics reading habits evaluation index system.According to the initial structure of the evaluation index system,an expert opinion consultation form was prepared.Expert consultation methods were used to issue two rounds of consultation questionnaires to selected experts.SPSS 18.0 was used to process the data,and indicators were added or deleted.Based on the expert opinion,the mathematics reading habit evaluation index system for pupils was determined.Research 3: Based on Scale Test to construction of Evaluation Index System for Pupils’ Mathematical Reading Habits.According to the expert opinion,the evaluation indicator system was used to compile student assessment scales,conduct empirical investigation and research,and carry out factor analysis and eliability and validity analysis through SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 21.0 statistical software.Once again,the evaluation index system was revised to determine the final pupils’ mathematics.Reading habits assessment indicator system.Research 4: The weights of the evaluation index system for pupils’ reading habits in mathematics.Using the analytic hierarchy process,and using MATLAB 2015 a software to process data,calculate the weight coefficients of all levels of indicators.Based on the above research content,the main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)The evaluation index system for primary school students’ mathematics reading habits includes three first-level indicators,14 second-level indicators,and 21 scale items such as reading attitude,reading content,and reading style.(2)After two student assessment scales,the Cronbach’s Alpha coefficients of the two scales were 0.889 and 0.917,respectively,and the appropriateness coefficients KMO were 0.897 and 0.927,respectively.The P value of the Bartlett test is less than 0.05,indicating that the structural model of primary school mathematics reading habits assessment meets the expectations of the research and meets the requirements of educational measurement and evaluation.(3)Calculate and discuss the weight of indicators at all levels.Among them,the relative weight of the first-class index "reading content" accounted for the highest weight coefficient of the overall index,which was 0.36;followed by "reading attitude",accounting for 0.35;and finally "reading mode",accounting for 0.29.The new ideas of this study are as follows: For the first time,an evaluation index system for elementary school mathematics reading habits has been constructed using educational assessment and evaluation methods,including three dimensions: reading attitude,reading content,and reading style.In summary,this study uses the methods of educational measurement and evaluation to make preliminary explorations and useful attempts to construct the evaluation index system for primary school mathematics reading habits in China.However,due to the limited research time,the investigation and research has not been carried out nationwide.So the future can continue to further improved and in-depth research. |
