The physical and mental health of teachers is an important prerequisite for ensuring the smooth development of the education undertaking.It is the key to ensuring the succession of our party's cause and ensuring the prosperity and development of the socialist cause.Based on the true,detailed,and comprehensive principles,this study uses real survey results to guide non-PE major young female teachers in Linwei District to better participate in physical exercise,improve physical fitness,increase work efficiency,and enhance vitality.The research obtained questionnaires and psychological scale tests to obtain research data,and calculated the three dimensions of feedback on physical exercise participation,mental health,and physical health,and obtained the physical education for non-PE major young female teachers in Linwei District.Through investigation,analysis and summary,the following conclusions have been obtained:1.A considerable proportion of the teachers are in sub-health state.2.More than 30% of the teachers did not reach the standard of "regular exercise".3.The total mental health status of the tested teachers was good.A total of two(84 and 106)scores exceeded the national norm.Through physical exercise,the mental health of the whole subjects was improved.4.The results of physical fitness knowledge and physical exercise attitude of the teachers showed a direct proportion.5.To improve the overall health level of young female teachers,we should dynamically record their physical and mental health status through physical examination,physical monitoring and psychological tests.
