Athletics is the mother of all sports.Athletics is the earliest,most extensive and most basic sport.The fun track and field sport is the achievement of teaching goals,the realization of students 'lifelong exercise habits,training students to experience fun in sports,truly taking "strengthening their physical fitness" as an important practical goal,and finally allowing every student to experience the joy of sports.In this study,two classes in the first year of junior high school affiliated to Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology were studied,60 students in the first year(3)and 59 students in the first year(4)were used as control group to conduct 8 weeks of interesting track and field teaching in accordance with the objectives and syllabus of the first year.In the end,50 meter running and standing long jump were selected as the experimental teaching content,and the experimental class and the control class used the interesting track and field teaching and the traditional track and field teaching respectively?Methods: This study mainly adopts four methods: literature,questionnaire,teaching experiment and mathematical statistics.To compare the physical quality and sports pleasure of students before and after the experiment,and to analyze and study the reasons for the change.The findings are as follows:1.In terms of physical fitness of students,four indicators,namely,50 M running,standing long jump,throwing hard ball,800M(female)and 1000M(male),were tested before and after the experiment.A statistical comparison of the data shows that the scores of the students in the experimental group and the control group were not significant,with the exception of 800M(female)and 1000M(male).The effect of 50 meters running,standing long jump and throwing hard ball is obviously increased,which shows that the effect of interest track teaching on students 'physical quality is no less than that of traditional track teaching.2.With regard to students 'sporting pleasure,there are significant differences between the four dimensions of the questionnaire,namely,the emotional,cognitive,sporting,and action goals,and between the experimental and the pre-experimental groups,and there have been no significant changes insports pleasure after the experiment.However,there are some differences in the interest of students in sports after the experiment than before the experiment.The more they participate,the more they want to learn,and the more they want to think about the principles of technology and the methods of exercise,and succeed.
