In recent years,under the improvement of new curriculum reform,students' selfmanagement has gradually become a hot topic in education.High school students have been concerned about their self-management.The implementation of high school students' self-management is an effective way to manage high school students and it is also the future trend.It is mainly reflected in two aspects:on the one hand,it can reduce the burden of teachers,especially the burden of head teachers,reduce the cost of management and improve the efficiency of school management;on the other hand,it can cultivate the main spirits and sense of responsibility of high school students and promote the all-round development of high school students.It is very helpful for high school students to construct their self-management mode.Many schools have tried to practice of the self-management mode for high school students,but the desired effects have not been achieved.However,Yi Chuan Middle School of Shanxi Province has achieved remarkable results since it implemented the selfmanagement mode of high school students in 2009.It has changed from an unknown middle school to a famous school in northern Shanxi.It has formed its own model.In this context,the author studies the self-management mode of high school students in Yi Chuan Middle School in Yan 'an.Through the investigation,the problems and it's causes are analyzed.Some Suggestions are put forward to optimize the self-management mode of high school students in Yi Chuan Middle School.At the same time,it also provides some reference for other middle schools in Yan 'an.This paper mainly adopts three methods: interview method,observation method as well as questionnaire survey method.Firstly,through various ways to collect all kinds of useful information of students' self-management mode in Yi Chuan Middle School.Based on these information,questionnaires were prepared.Secondly,some teachers,school leaders are selected,and targeted interview questions are designed.Thirdly,make a careful observation and record of the specific implementation of the self-management mode of high school students in Yi Chuan Middle School.Finally,based on the data,results of the interview and the results of observations,this paper analyzes and interprets the implementation effect of the self-management mode of high school students in Yi Chuan middle school in Yan'an city.Based on the survey data statistics and analysis,found that the high school student's participation rate is high,the satisfaction is high,the various aspects ability has been effectively promoted in the mode.Besides,high school students have achieved good results in self-management,especially in the construction of cultural autonomy and self-organizing activities.But there are also problems:high school students' management ability is uneven,and some students do not have the ability of management.Based on the attribution analysis,this study aims to solve the above problems from the aspects of students,the teachers level,and school level these three aspects to analyze problems,has been clear about the reasons for problems occurred in the model.The following suggestions are put forward according to the crux of the problem.Strengthen the management consciousness and level of high school students.Ensure high school students' study time.Enhance teachers' awareness and ability to participate in the management of high school students.Strengthen the role of teachers as collaborators and mentors.Establish and improve the training mechanism for all kinds of management personnel,and build a sound training system to ensure the scientific and effective management of high school students.
