Study On Social Mobility Of Retired Athletes In Hunan Province In The New Period

Retired athletes are a special group.When they are in service,they have won honors for organizations,regions,and even countries.They have devoted their youth to sports.After the end of their careers,some athletes have successfully achieved the status transition and career transformation.Having encountered a difficult situation can not be well integrated into the society.Retired athletes "where they go and where they belong" is a topic of concern for all walks of life.How to ease the social mobility of retired athletes,how to promote the reasonable social mobility of retired athletes,and how to make the social status of retired athletes move to a higher level is the problem that this article urgently needs to solve.This paper aims to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for retired athletes to achieve more and more social mobility,so as to promote the sustainable development of competitive sports in our province and even the whole country.This article analyzes the overall social mobility status of retired athletes in Hunan Province in the new period through literature research,interviews,case studies,mathematical statistics,and questionnaires,and then from the project,education level,sports level,and training.The characteristics of social mobility of retired athletes are analyzed from different perspectives such as years of age.According to the study,the overall social flow of retired athletes in Hunan Province in the new period is a horizontal flow;social mobility of retired athletes in projects with large population bases and high popularity is more dependent on the social mobility of athletes of different projects;the longer the training period,the longer the retired society The better the flow,but the training period is not the decisive factor;the higher the level of retired,the higher the social mobility after retiring;the higher the degree of education,the better the trend of social mobility after retirement.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the social security system to accommodate the employment of athletes;to strengthen cultural education and encourage athletes to continue their studies;to strengthen vocational training,encourage and support athletes to choose their own jobs;to set up an employment fund for retired athletes;to establish a Hunan sports personnel information management system;The social legal protection system for retired athletes is used to ensure the rational flow of retired athletes in Hunan Province.
