With the country's attention to education cause and rural development and the promotion of rural revitalization strategy,rural education has attracted more and more attention.Youth is the hope of his country,secondary school students' physical and mental development is an important stage,we need to the development of the cause of secondary school education,especially in the rural primary education career,a big presence in the physical education teachers in rural primary education status,the status quo of physical education teachers affects the development of education and the students' healthy growth.Therefore,we need to pay attention to the current situation of rural physical education teachers,strengthen research,give and change,improve the quality of teachers,so as to ensure the quality of teaching.In this study,physical education teachers of junior middle schools in L town,west guangdong province were selected as the research objects and qualitative research methods were applied.Through interviews,observations and other methods,data were collected from the sex,educational background,professional title,workload,current situation of physical education teachers and their influence on their retention.The author interviewed 9 PE teachers and 6students from September 2017 to December 2017,and transcribed 109,000 words of written records and interview materials.This paper adopts the rooting theory research paradigm of qualitative research methods and concludes:1.There is an imbalance between male and female PE teachers in primary middle schools in L town,and there is no female PE teachers;The physical education teacher's educational background all conforms to the national stipulation teacher's educational background standard on the whole,most is the undergraduate degree graduates.2.L town junior high school physical education teachers' daily teaching work,after-school training work has the characteristics of fragmentation,trivial,reduce sports professional,exhaustion of body and mind,make physical education teachers and arrange other affairs for a long time,also make part of the physical education teachers how to calculate the confusion of their own performance;PE teachers are generally satisfied with their salaries.3.The working attitude of PE teachers is affected by many factors: country,family,students and major.The improvement of teaching ability mainly comes from classroom experience.4.The experience of PE teachers is happy,an increase in wages is affect their well-being of external cause,like sports spirit of "dry line of love a line" is the internal cause affecting the source of happiness.Life and work are all in the countryside.The experience of space is "three-point first-line" school,market and family.The interpersonal experience is lack of communication with others.5.Physical education teachers are so confused and confident in choosing a career that they want to impart their knowledge to rural children.But after a period of time in the former teachers,some teachers appear to want to change careers,until they live and work happily.At the same time,they are feeling the pressure as they get older and the country demands more and more physical education teachers.6.Factors influencing physical education teachers' stay in rural areas include self,interpersonal,environmental and social factors.Factors such as self-ability,education background and diploma;Interpersonal factors: the simple,lively and lovely character of middle school students and the relationship between their families.In environmental factors,the family of physical education teachers is basically established in rural areas with certain stability,and some teachers themselves miss their hometown and relatives.Factors on the social level,there is the pressure of work in the city life than in the countryside,and rural demand for PE teachers is relatively low,and attract PE teachers transformation work mainly by the superior conditions,better space for development.On this basis,this article in view of the existing problems of rural junior high school physical education teachers put forward the corresponding Suggestions: 1.Should improve teachers' quality,strengthen their own skills,professional knowledge training,improve the professional attitude and working attitude;2.Schools should improve the facilities of sports venues and school leaders should attach importance to the development of sports;3.School leaders should treat teachers equally so that PE teachers can work in an equal environment;4.Leaders of rural society and schools need to pay attention to teachers' social interpersonal communication activities.
