Composition is the focus of Chinese teaching in middle school,composition teaching is a cultural ecological system,and in the system,the cultural ecology of teachers is one of the most important ecology.On the basis of literature and facts,this paper studies the cultural ecology of Chinese teachers in the teaching of composition.The theory of cultural ecology and writing psychological process provide a theoretical basis for this article.Teachers' cultural ecology plays an important role in composition teaching.Teachers' cultural ecology is diverse,including teachers' teaching enthusiasm,writing ability,teaching guidance,teaching popularity,experience and so on.A questionnaire survey is concluded that there are still some problems in the cultural ecology of teachers in composition teaching.For example,teachers' enthusiasm for composition teaching is not enough,writing consciousness not high,composition guidance not in place,teachers' composition teaching experience is not rich,and teachers' composition teaching is not well known.The methods of solving these problems are various,including that follow the integrity,sustainability,and teachers should keep the composition teaching enthusiasm,enhance writing ability,optimize the teaching composition guidance and improving the awareness,enrich their experience.The full text is mainly composed of three parts,the introduction,the main body and the conclusion.The introduction part,introduced the origin of research,the scope and research methods,analysis of relevant research status,and define the main concepts.The first part of the body explores the theoretical basis of Chinese teachers' cultural ecology in composition teaching.From the theories of cultural ecology and writing psychological process,we get the inspiration for composition teaching.The second part introduces the elements of teachers' cultural ecology,mainly including teachers' teaching enthusiasm,writing ability,teaching guidance,teaching popularity and experience,and analyzes the influence on composition teaching.The third part,through the questionnaire survey on the current situation of high school composition teaching,and concluded that there are some problems in teaching.The fourth part,from the perspective of cultural ecology,puts forward a principle that teachers should adhere to in optimizing writing teaching,namely integrity,sustainable development,.And from the perspective of teachers in optimize composition teaching strategies are proposed: The first is to keep the teaching enthusiasm,and become a passionate teacher;The second is to enhance the teacher's writing ability,and become skilled teachers.The third is to optimize the composition teaching guidance,as a guide teacher.Four is to improve the teacher's popularity,as a model teacher.The fifth is to enrich the teacher's experience,as a extensive teacher.In the last part of the paper,we further summarize the importance of teachers' cultural ecology research in composition teaching,and make a general reflection,and analyze the limitations.At the same time,we hope that the research of this subject can be further improved and developed.
