Campus culture and job satisfaction is a hot issue in the research field of management psychology in universities.Under the new economic conditions,the role of material capital is no longer prominent,and the factors of organizational culture are becoming more and more obvious.Human factors have become a special and important resource.This paper from the perspective of organization theory,explore the relationship between campus culture and employee job satisfaction,and establish a culture type model on job satisfaction,and follow the theoretical model in the practical work,so as to affect the university staff's job satisfaction in a more scientific campus culture.In this paper,the author first established a mature questionnaire based on the existing literature research results,and adopted the purposive sampling method and stratified sampling method,and carried out a questionnaire survey of 393 faculty members from Yanshan University and Hebei University.The results show that the perceived ratio of college staff to campus culture is 62.1%,and the result of job satisfaction shows that 63.3% of the staff are satisfied with their work.Through the relationship between the two,the university campus culture has a significant impact on the job satisfaction of teaching staff.Based on the influence function model,this paper establishes a culture type model of job satisfaction.According to the theoretical direction of the model,the establishment of "harmony" as the core of the campus culture,has a positive role in promoting job satisfaction.The job satisfaction culture model established in this paper creates a new perspective in the field of job satisfaction research.Research ideas about the relationship between campus culture and job satisfaction are also provided.The research results of this paper not only have reference significance to the research of the management field of universities,but also have certain reference significance to the management of enterprises and other organizations.
