Chinese President Xi Jinping made the remarks at an event conflating the national conference on S&T,the biennial conference of the Chinese Academy of Sciences(CAS)and the Chinese Academy of Engineering(CAE),and the national congress of the China Association for Science and Technology(CAST).Science and technology thrive,the national interest,science and technology is strong,the country is strong.He mentioned that we should catch up with the power of science and technology,and put forward the goal of "two one hundred"targets.To realize China's dream,we must walk the road of independent innovation with Chinese characteristics.In the symposium of "Study President Xi's speech,implement the spirit of national conference on science and technology innovation",the ministry of education science experts put forward to give full play to the role of the colleges and universities,strive for the original work,stimulate innovation potential,provide better service for country and for innovation-driven development strategy.Scientific research teams in universities consisting of the excellent talents,as an important output of innovation especially original work,make great contributions to country and society,both their rich knowledge and innovation spirits,as well as the economic benefits and social benefits produced by their results are indispensable important wealth for constructing China's Dreams.From the present situation of the scientific research team construction in colleges and universities,scientific research team in colleges and universities as an important innovation team of science and technology innovation,it has many advantages,such as cultivating innovative talents,producing innovative results,improving the level of university disciplines,etc.;besides,there are many shortcomings,such as most of them have small team size,team internal enthusiasm insufficiency,lack of the type of interdisciplinary and so on.On the basis of relevant theories of university scientific research team construction,combing the current situation of university scientific research team construction in our country,analyzing existing problems and reasons,summarizing the successful experience,and putting forward the development countermeasures and suggestions,are important to promote the healthy development of the scientific research team in universities.The paper is divided into five chapters.Of which the first chapter is the introduction part,on the basis of analyzing the research background,this part discusses the theoretical and practical significance of the research.Then on the basis of the research status at home and abroad by proposing typical case analyzing and so on to research the university's scientific research team,and can provide empirical support for the study of the university scientific research team construction in order to make the study of the field be more systematic.The second chapter is the theoretical part.This part discusses the basic concept of the scientific research team in universities,and discusses four kinds of theories,for instance,group dynamics theory,learning organization theory,social learning theory and the basic theory of hierarchy of needs theory.The third part is the analysis part,it mainly analyses the present situation of the university's scientific research including its four achievements of producing a batch of high level of innovation,cultivating a batch of conforms to the social needed talents,promoting and accelerate the development of related disciplines,promoting the integration of the scientific research direction and deficiencies;and the existing problems such as most of the team of small scale and many internal energy insufficiency,the backward management concept and mode,apparent lack of inter-disciplinary,authority leader scarce four lag problem and development thinking,team culture construction is weak and the incentive mechanism is not sound,management with subjective consciousness,organizational barriers,leading construction mechanism is not sound five reasons,such as the general summary of the analysis..The fourth part is the case part,using the scientific research team,led by professor Xie Xiaoliang preparation of scientific research team and professor Chen,professor of scientific research team and professor Zhengping scientific research team of four typical cases of success,respectively from the internal mainly composed of scientific research team members,internal operation mechanism,team spirit,the three factors and a reasonable evaluation system and management system standard,organization structure reasonable three external factors two aspects analysis summarizes the way to success.The last part is the solved part.This part proposes five solutions on the basis of analyzing the third and the fourth part,and respectively is to improving team management system,integrating the academic power,improving the performance of mechanism,constructing the team culture and the perfect talent team,following the principle of building.
