In recent years,the illegal crime shows the trend of the younger age in China,and the youth is becoming the subject of crime.Vocational school students are the mainly part of the juveniles,and they will be professional workers in the future.There are more employment opportunities to vocational school students with the rapid development of economy.There are more and more enterprise cooperation between China and foreign countries.Meanwhile,vocational school students need possess not only the professional technical capability but also high personal cultivation.Especially,they can?t violate the law.With poor self-control and weak legal opinion,vocational school students can?t judge the things correctly.So they may lead astray and break the law easily.If so,it may do great harm to the society as well as themselves.It is of great importance to strengthen legal education management work of vocational school and the legal consciousness of the students.China has paid more and more attention to the secondary vocational school since the reform.In the advantage of superior geographical position,S Vocational School develops rapidly.The number of the students is constantly expanding.The training workshops of different majors are built in campus.It is very convenient for the students to take internships within school.At the same time,the students' illegal crime increased obviously.It shows that there is loophole in the process of S Vocational School legal education management work.It is facing unprecedented challenges.It brought resistance to the development of S Vocational School.This study is on the research of S Vocational School legal education management.The wrier mainly adopts three ways: data access,questionnaire survey,interview in order to know the current situation and the problems.Through the analysis,there are mainly five factors which affect the management work.There are backward management concept,one-sided content,imperfect system,poor effect and implementation approach.Through the investigation of vice president of law,teachers and students of S Vocational School,the writer proposed optimization countermeasures to improve legal education management work by combining the research status at home and abroad.There are altogether six countermeasures which are to update the school administrator?s concept,to strengthen the construction of management teams,to improve the legal system,to rich legal system education management content,to diversify the ways of implementation,and to strengthen cooperation between school and students? families in order to promote the whole effect.
