In recent years,secondary school students caused by academic stress events to physical and psychological damage have aroused widespread concern in the current community.So,how can academic stress events cause physical and mental damage to middle school students? Academic research mainly focus on coping style and disease susceptibility in two aspects.This study explores the concept of academic stress susceptibility,and explores how academic stress events lead to physical and psychological damage of middle school students by exploring the structure of academic pressure susceptibility and its effect mechanism.This study explores the structure and effect mechanism of academic stress in secondary school students through three studies.In the study,this study based on the standardized questionnaire preparation process,the preparation of the middle school students academic stress susceptibility questionnaire on the academic pressure on the structure of the susceptibility of the students were tested,and the status of secondary school students academic stress susceptibility and analysis;in the study In this study,the Stroop study paradigm was used to examine the accessibility effect of middle school students’ academic stress susceptibility based on the attitude of attention bias.In the third study,the study of academic stress events was used to amplify the susceptibility of middle school students to academic stress The effect was tested.The conclusions are summarized as follows:(1)A questionnaire of 27 items,including susceptibility and vulnerability to the two dimensions of the secondary school students’ academic stress susceptibility questionnaire has very good reliability and validity;(2)middle school students are more moderate in academic stress,and there are some differences in gender and family location.(3)the accessibility effect of academic stress susceptibility is significant,the performance of high academic pressure susceptibility for middle school students more likely to pay attention to academic stress source related information;(4)The effect of academic stress susceptibility is only significant in the low and lowacademic stress events,and the performance of high academic pressure susceptibility groups will produce higher academic pressure in middle and low academic stress events.Based on the results of this study,academic stress susceptibility is a key factor influencing the academic pressure of middle school students.Therefore,it is necessary to intervene in the susceptibility of middle school students’ academic stress,reduce their academic stress susceptibility level and achieve the purpose of reducing academic pressure.
