Research On Socialist Friendship Value Cultivation Of College Students

"Friendship" is an important value principle of socialist core values,a moral norm advocated by China's mainstream ideology,and one of the requirements of the socialist core values at the individual level.It has a positive effect on improving college students' moral cultivation and promoting the progress of Chinese society.Because of its importance,I conduct research on Socialist Friendship Value Cultivation of Contemporary College Students.On the basis of reviewing the results of previous studies,this article defines the concepts of friendship,friendship value,and socialist friendship value.In the process of research,I discovered that Bandura's social learning theory has certain explanatory powers for the acquisition of individual social behavior.Therefore,I borrowed from the viewpoint of Bandura's social learning theory and demonstrated that it's rational to apply the theory to this research.This paper chooses empirical research-based methods to develop this study,and proposes hypotheses,designs and retrieves questionnaire according to the normative requirements of empirical research.This paper conducts an empirical study on the current status of college students' friendly attitudes and related factors that influence the choice of friendly behaviors.The focus is on the correlation between friendly behaviors and experience,cognition,and adjustment,and the influence of subjective emotions on behavior,the adjustment of behavior and cognition by self-evaluation and other people's evaluation;cognition,and experience.The overall reliability of the four major modules of the questionnaire was high,and the measured data was in line with expectations.The actual measured data fully and truly reflected the actual state of contemporary college students' friendly behavior and their Socialist friendship value.This paper further analyzes the following problems based on the data obtained from actual measurement and social learning theory: positive experience,negative experience,and zero-experience how to influence friendly behavior;individual's understanding of socialist friendship value and its relationship with friendly behavior;the reasons behind the disconnection of cognition and behaviors;the adjustment of cognition and behaviors by self-evaluation and other people's evaluation;and the influence of emotional factors on experience,cognition,behaviors,and adjustments.I formed some basic understanding of how to strengthen the cultivation of the concept of socialist friendship among college students.On the basis of empirical research and theoretical analysis,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen and improve the fostering of the concept of socialist friendship among contemporary college students.The main points includes college educators should adhere to the people-oriented education philosophy,respect and care for students;reasonable guiding and strengthening the awareness of socialist friendship values;improving the atmosphere and creating a conducive environment for cultivation;carrying out etiquette education;urging students to develop good friendly behavior habits.
