Entrance education for college freshmen is an important starting link for college education.As an important content of entrance education for college freshmen,the effectiveness of military training is not only related to the achievements of college national defense education,but also affects the quality of entrance education for college freshmen,and even the final result of college education.This requires relevant parties to pay attention to the active role of military training in the enrollment education of college freshmen and to realize the comprehensive education function of military training.On the basis of reviewing the existing research results,this article finds that there are very few research results on the role of military training in the enrollment education of college freshmen.At the same time,the author found that Bandura’s social learning theory has a certain explanatory power for the process of group social behavior learning.Therefore,this research takes military training as the research object and tries to explore the role of military training in the enrollment education of college freshmen from the perspective of Bandura’s social learning theory.First,based on a review of relevant literature,the role of military training in the enrollment education of college freshmen is analyzed,and it is further discovered that military training mainly involves the self-evaluation mechanism,observational learning principle and ternary interactive decision in Bandura’s social learning theory.On the three core mechanisms.At the same time,based on Bandura’s social learning theory,it is found that the role played by military training in college freshman enrollment education reflects three major social psychological mechanisms,namely,the selfevaluation mechanism focuses on the subjective status of students,and the observational learning principle focuses on role model education.Meta-interactive determinism highlights educational environmental factors.Secondly,a questionnaire survey on the status quo of the role of military training in the enrollment education of college freshmen was designed around the three aspects of military training students’personal cognition,role model education in military training,and military training education environment.Then,according to the survey results of the questionnaire,on the one hand,it is found that military training does have a positive effect in the enrollment education of college freshmen.On the other hand,combined with the three core mechanisms of Bandura’s social learning theory,it analyzes the role of military training in college freshman enrollment education.The current status of the role of,combined with the interview survey to explain the status quo and the current problems.Through analysis,it is found that military training has three major problems in the enrollment education of college freshmen.First,according to the self-evaluation mechanism,college students’ understanding of military training is not in place,and the motivation to participate in the training needs to be correctly guided;second,according to the principle of observation and learning,the influence of military training group educators has not been fully exerted,and the results of military training are difficult to maintain;Ternary interactive determinism,the evaluation of military training effects emphasizes formal training,and the environment for military training and education needs to be improved.Finally,based on the survey results and interview data,combined with Bandura’s social learning theory,three strategies are put forward to strengthen the role of military training in the enrollment education of college freshmen.The first is people-oriented,giving full play to the subjective initiative of students;the second is cooperative growth and strengthening the exemplary role of group educators;the third is to optimize the atmosphere and build a comprehensive military training environment for educating people. |
