| After accepting higher education,college students have a certain knowledge savings,ideological consciousness and ability quality.After entering the society,they strive to pursue the posts which are suitable to their own specialty,quality and ability.But since the higher education of our country entered the stage of popularization in 2003,the number of college students increased year by year,influenced by the needs of human resources,the employment aspirations of the college students themselves,the concept of value and their own abilities,and the employment was no longer the only choice after the graduation of the college students.In 2017,the government work report mentioned that in 2016,the total number of new employment population in China was 13 million 140 thousand,and the employment situation was better,and the number of graduates in our country had 7 million 650 thousand in 2016,accounting for 58.3% of the overall employment.According to the "report on the employment of Chinese college students" published by Max Research Institute in 2017,it is known that although the employment situation is relatively good,the proportion of "post-90s" and "after 95" college students in recent years has been reduced year by year.According to the news of central Guangzhou,different from the previous employment season,college students in recent years have a group of "slow employment".In the years after graduation,they choose to teach,travel,travel,practice and so on,so that the proportion of "slow employment" and "entrepreneurship" has risen step by step.The phenomenon of "slow employment" is not only becoming more and more obvious,but this kind of behavior is being accepted by college students,although "slow employment" has gradually been accepted by the masses,but some of them have gradually lost themselves because of "slow employment".Therefore,"slow employment" has also become a new "cool thinking" in the society.This paper studies the "slow employment" of college students from the current social employment environment,government policies and the personality characteristics of contemporary college students,cultural exchange and family education.This article first from the related concepts of college students’ employment "slow" and "slow employment" and other aspects,the theoretical basis of the clear definition of the concept of college students’ employment "slow",thus more accurate in-depth research on "slow employment".Second,on the part already graduated from college students whether there is a "slow employment" behavior,and cognition and attitude towards "slow employment" and so on to make a preliminary investigation on the basis of the analysis of survey data,summarizes the concrete behavior classification "slow employment",and the subjective and objective reasons of college students’ employment "slow",so as to solve the problem of "slow employment" theory basis.Finally,through the school the improvement of the employment service system,the strengthening of the functions of the government,the family idea of advancing with The Times and social employment from four aspects,such as the correct guidance of public opinion on college students’ employment "slow" problem solving measures are put forward,to promote college students’ employment,rational plan for the future life. |
