At the moment,the phenomenon of "slow employment" in the college students is becoming more and more widespread.The survey aims at internal postgraduates,this year’s graduates and previous graduates in ordinary high school in nanchang,Jiangxi.The survey adopts the stratified sampling,convenient sampling and judgment sampling.Based on the analysis of descriptive statistics,chi-square test and cross contingency table,and centered on factor analysis and typical correlation analysis,making analysis from the following three aspects,the current situation of "slow employment" of college students,the causes of "slow employment" and the influence of "slow employment".The findings are as follows.(1)The phenomenon of "slow employment" is becoming more and more common among college students.Negative comments are slightly higher than positive ones.In comparison,science and technology students are more reluctant to accepte "slow employment in long time.(2)the main reasons about this year’s graduates and previous graduates choosing "slow employment" are the employment competition is intense,couldn’t find a job fit with their expectations,their own career planning is not clear,and its lack of professional level,but the importance of each reason is different.(3)On the one hand,College students who choose "slow employment" can improve themselves,on the other hand,there are also have some terrible problems.In addition,"slow employment" can bring a lot of positive influence to society,but if someone choose "slow" blindly,them can lead to a vicious circle of waiting and hinder social progress.In the end,I put forward relevant suggestions from four aspects about society,school,family and college students.
