| Local colleges and universities is an important part of higher education system,its teaching goal is needed for social development to cultivate high quality talents,the school teaching activity is the main way to cultivate talents.In order to effectively cultivate high-level talents,it is necessary to improve the level of school teaching,through effective teaching quality evaluation can efficiently promote the improvement of teaching level,can understand the actual teaching situation,discover the existing problems,and is beneficial to improve the teaching work,to the guarantee of talents cultivation.This study sorts out the origin,type and core viewpoint of motivation theory,and analyzes the influence and application of motivation theory in teaching quality evaluation.In H university as a case study,through the depth interview,survey and access files on the university teachers’ teaching quality evaluation of the research,understand the evaluation subject,evaluation index,evaluation process,The actual application of the evaluation results,the study found that H university teaching quality evaluation: evaluation subject selection is unreasonable,the lack of diversity;The evaluation standard is not perfect and lacks scientificity;The application of evaluation index is unclear and lacks pertinence;The evaluation process is not standardized and lacks objectivity;The evaluation results are not comprehensive,and lack of foresight.The reason is that due to the strong orientation of national policies,the influence of traditional evaluation concepts,the imperfect management level of local colleges and universities,and the limitations of the evaluation subject itself are caused.Accordingly,the author thinks that teachers should improve the evaluation of teaching quality: play the coordinating role of teaching supervision;To construct the evaluation standard of diversified teaching quality;To evaluate the teaching quality of local colleges and universities;To strengthen the supervision of teaching quality evaluation process;Scientific treatment of teaching quality evaluation results. |
