With the development of society,our country pays more and more attention to the development of College Students' comprehensive ability,meanwhile,all sectors of society are focus on the introduction of high-quality talents.The evaluation mechanism of College Students' comprehensive quality is particularly important for colleges and universities.The comprehensive quality assessment of college students is an important monitoring and diagnosis means to realize the all-round development of contemporary college students,and also the effective way to achieve the fundamental task of morality education in Colleges and universities.This paper studies the evaluation of College Students' comprehensive quality from the theoretical level through literature research,meanwhile,the paper scientifically analyzes the principles,goals,modes and elements of the comprehensive evaluation of college students.At the same time,we define the goals,standards and evaluation dimensions of the all-round development of college students.The paper also refines and confirms that the evaluation of College Students' comprehensive quality should be evaluated from 4 aspects and 24 elements.The 4 aspects are :Ideological and political quality,scientific and cultural quality,physical and mental health quality and practical ability.This paper carries out the whole process management of a comprehensive quality evaluation project in a vocational college.Using the method of questionnaires,this paper studies the use process management of College Students' comprehensive quality assessment.This paper analyzes the current comprehensive quality evaluation mechanism from the perspective of teachers,students and evaluation elements,and finds out the shortcomings of the system in operation.The paper analyzes the results and selects samples,with analyzing the effectiveness of comprehensive quality evaluation results.To a certain extent,we have analyzed the current situation of the comprehensive evaluation system in Chinese universities.Then the improvement strategy is putting forward to redefine the specific evaluation criteria of comprehensive quality evaluation.The article further standardizing the results of the evaluation,with the purpose of establishing an objective and effective evaluation mechanism.Finally,it is better to realize the overall development of the students.
