attribute of basic education is the nature of its fundamentality,it is supposed to build an abundant spirit foundation for the future development of individuals.Exactly speaking,basic education should wake up the internal potentialities and spirit of the students,care about the unlimited possibilities and varieties of individual development and stimulate the autonomy and initiative of the students to achieve the full development of the individual’s personalities and the harmony development of the physical and mental of the individuals,and be real and lively person,which can provide the educational effects and solidly enriched growing points for the later-on sustainable development of the individuals.In conclusion,basic education should polish the bright and warm color for the adolescent life Only with this Foundation,can the future life development of the individual give out the bright life colors.Curriculum is the core section of education.Schools teach with the media of courses,education process is the one that school practice its cultivation through curriculum.Curriculum’s functional implementation is the premise condition for fulfilling education.However,the current practice of basic education curriculum has the phenomenon of discipline for students.It controls,dominates and shapes students’ thoughts and behaviors.There are detailed defaults and standard procedures.The students are taken as negligible gears keeping up with the performance of the teaching plans step by step.The knowledge understanding has its settled explanation,students are taken as emotionless and undifferentiated blank container.They are forced to accept the injection of the authorized meaning.The interpretation of the textbook are overwhelmed efficient,it emphasizes one-sidedly on the individual’s cognition development and ignores the knowledge’s function of promoting the spirit growth of the individual.The individuals body behaviors and language expressions are restricted to the Criterion settled by the school.The value of the individual is not self-generated,it is formulated by the outside world from the commanding view.This kind of discipline curriculum dissolves the abundance of the individual and creates the people of the same nature.It dissociates the individual autonomy and brings up tooling people.The public spirits are eliminated and the isolated people are formed.Till this,far from functioning its effect of releasing spirit,on the contrary the curriculum practice has become the regulating power to contain the development of individual mental and physical development.Discipline curriculum practice also betrays its due task as the fundamental education.The base it lays is superficial,narrow and trite,which can never be beneficial to the free mental and physical growth of individual and the long-term and sustainable development.This thesis is composed with three parts as below with the thinking pattern of analyzing the existing problems,studying the reasons causing the problems and coming up with corresponding solution:In the first part,it reveals the realistic representation,operation mode and consequences of curriculum discipline in basic education.First of all,it reveals the phenomenon of curriculum discipline from explicit curriculum and recessive curriculum.The former shows that the interpretation of textbooks pays attention to presupposition,elevates authority,and pursues efficiency.The latter is embodied in body discipline,language discipline and values discipline in curriculum practice.Second,the curriculum rules and regulations through the means and technology such as hierarchical surveillance,standardized verdict,inspection of the examination are operated.Finally,this paper expounds the influence of curriculum discipline on students,which is embodied in the homogenization of human beings and the atrophy of individual richness;the tool of human beings and the loss of individual autonomy;the isolation of human beings and the indifference of individual public spirit.The second part explores the reasons of curriculum discipline in basic education.There are the following reasons: the curriculum discipline in basic education stems from educators’ narrow understanding of the connotation of basic education,which emphasizes the instrumentality of basic education and neglects its educational nature.the text authority and rank authority in Chinese cultural tradition;rational people and rationalist view of knowledge in Rationalism Philosophy;the value orientation of utilitarianism Education.The third part proposes the countermeasures for elimination of disciplines.First,establish the understanding relationship between the students and the text,highlight the value of knowledge in the growth of individual spirit.Secondly,attention should be paid to the dynamic generation of curriculum practice.The teaching material interpretation program can leave some blank space.The process of interpreting the teaching materials should be based on specific circumstances to maintain flexibility.Finally,discipline practice should break the rigid,mechanical operational status,weaken the authoritarian control of disciplinary practices,and adopt flexible disciplinary practices. |
