Along with the advance of athletic competition and development,the research of technology are more scientific and reasonable and targeted,and defines competitive technical specification and scientific analysis is to become the current era,further enhance the level of competitive skills,ability,and even win the important topic.In this paper,using relevant theory and sports biomechanics experiment research methods to study the technology of sanda athletes right boxing action,action process of kinematics and muscle characteristics,expect to find sanda right punch through research the most appropriate biomechanical structure.This paper,through the combination of theory and data analysis,first analyzes the background of the development of Sanda,the principle of technology,the essentials,characteristics and importance of the right straight boxing,as well as the concept of sports biology.Secondly,the school sports majors and ordinary students are divided into excellent group and general group,and a lot of experiments are done to collect data.On this basis,we make full use of the V3 D software system to make a reasonable,detailed and systematic analysis of the data,and summarize the data rules of the factors affecting the right straight boxing effect and energy consumption during the right straight boxing of the Sanda competitors.The experiment shows that the gap between the excellent group and the normal group is obvious.The muscle tissue,the joint structure and the mechanics principle of the right straight boxing are similar,but the duration of the power generation,the integral of the muscles,the working order of the muscles,the change of the displacement of the main joints,the speed and the angular velocity are not the same.The movement is more standard,the muscle power is more reasonable,and the right straight fist is faster.Through the analysis of the results,the following conclusions are obtained:(1)the body movement of the right straight boxing in Sanda can be regarded as a multi lever structure composed of upper limbs,lower limbs and body.Through continuous superposition and conversion,the powerful blow effect of right straight boxing can be achieved.(2)the joints of the right straight boxing involving the hip joint,shoulder joint,elbow joint and wrist joint are mainly involved in the right straight boxing process.The fast and slow displacement of the hip and shoulder joint will determine the speed of right straight boxing,the angular velocity of the elbow joint will determine the strength of the strength of the fist;(3)the muscle force should be dominated by the rectus abdominis and the brachial muscle,the triceps,the deltoidand the gastrocnemius in the right straight boxing.Exercise strengthens muscle strength and endurance,assists muscles to coordinate main muscle functions,achieves high efficiency of force and energy and reduces body burden.(4)the right turn right of right straight boxing is on the basis of kicking,turning hip and twisting,using the active rotation of the shoulder joint to drive the upper arm to strike and move.In the whole system of rotation,the tension of the body should be kept in time.
