The Experimental Research Of Example Teaching In Sanda Boxing Techinques Teaching

The popular Sanda (also known as free combat) is a traditional sport with aunique Chinese characteristic. It contains the technical characteristics of kick, hit,throw and defense in the general martial arts. Sanda is not only a modern sport withunarmed combat; it is also an important part of the Chinese martial arts. With itscarrying out in the College, Sanda has become an important part in more and more PEclasses in colleges, and it is very popular among many college students. Boxingtechniques, which are needed to be mastered initially, can be influential to otherSanda techniques.Through the research methods of literature, experimental method, questionnaires,statistics and other methods, this paper analyzes the example teaching method’sconstruction, evaluation, implementation, and several other aspects in teaching ofSanda techniques and conducts experimental research of teaching students’ ability oflearning and boxing techniques. Results:1, The example teaching method with a complete operating procedures andteaching evaluation system is fit for teaching boxing techniques of Sanda and is easyfor teachers’ operation and implementation of physical education, at the same time itis also conducive to the learning and application of other Sanda techniques.2, The use of example teaching method is helpful to improve students’ learningability of boxing techniques. Example teaching method can play better than thetraditional teaching on students’ independence, creativity and the exploration of thetechnical skills of boxing, which is more conducive to the formation of students’interest of boxing techniques and lifelong thinking of sport.3, The example teaching method fully plays the teaching function of taking thestudents as "subject" and teachers as "object", giving the students the time and spaceto think independently and find issues, so that the whole teaching process is moreoptimized and more suitable for students to develop, and more excellent in completing the teaching objectives.4, Compared to the traditional mode of teaching, the example teaching methodemphasizes on cultivating students’ understanding as well as the matching of differenttypes of boxing in aspect of the learning of boxing skills, so that students can masterthe basic boxing techniques and learn to master the means and methods of finding andsolving problems.
